I have serious concerns about this hotel experience. It seems to stem from a lack of understanding and support from the top management. During our stay over Christmas, when most hotel restaurant were closed, the General Manager prohibited us from using the lobby tables to enjoy our lunch, which was delivered to us. Instead, we were instructed to eat in our rooms, despite being a family of four with only two seats in each room. Additionally, one of our rooms has been experiencing a leak from the ceiling for the last two days, and on one occasion, we had no hot water to take showers. Moreover, the bathroom walls in one of our rooms are retreating due to water damage, resulting in a moldy smell. This is unacceptable for any hotel, and especially so during a holiday stay.
