The staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and clean. The location was convenient and walkable to dining and shops. The beach was beautiful! Chairs umbrellas and beach towels already there and ready. Would definitely go back

Trolley stop at property and the beach just across the street.
We had difficulties with internet but they said they would fix that. It is a great place to stay.

Unit was perfect with updates. Bed was comfortable…. Like to have feather pillows, frig and microwave great…. In room Coffee was excellent i…. Shower great hot water, Noah was excellent sooo friendly and helpful he would get up everytime you entered…. Told us about area…your next employee…. Cleaning staff very nice as well. We will be back.

First stay since the make over and we love it even more. The room was spotless and the bed linens were dreamy.

The rooms are all fully renovated with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Room was immaculately clean! Kitchen was perfect, with coffee pods and fully quipped for small meal making. (Nice, help yourself continental breakfast provided in the lobby.) They even provide beach towels for the GORGEOUS beach, located a few steps away! There is also a great room darkening shade behind the shutters. Just an all around comfortable, homey room. Parking is very convenient and close to your room. There is a convenient trolley on the road right outside the hotel. It runs frequently and the entire length of the island. But most of all, the hospitable and immensely helpful staff! Can’t wait to stay here again!!

So amazing all new renovated rooms with all appliances, furniture, Murphy beds, cabinets! Very pretty and space for everything! Can’t wait to go back!

The room was newly updated and very nice. The rooms were cleaned daily and very efficient. Liked the mini kitchen too. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, accommodating staff. We had noisy neighbors and they graciously moved us. Entire property is super clean and its obvious with their collective attitude thay they want you to return! Great job Silver Surf! (from front desk, managememt, housekeeping to grounds people!). We will be back!
