The only reason I booked the hotel was that it had a pool. No it doesn't - Pool and sauna closed since covid over 2.5 years but still advertised. virtually no staff so you have to check in and out on a screen. Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel!

Room was very comfortable and had all necessary from hair dryer, iron, plenty of plug sockets. The only fault was the plug in the sink kept getting stuck in the hole.
Breakfast was lovely, not rushed and help yourself to anything from the buffet- hot or cold.
Large free car park.

Our business meeting at Cedar Court was made exceptional by the exemplary service provided by Naz and Farhana. From impeccable event coordination to attentive assistance, their professionalism ensured a seamless experience. The facilities were top-notch, complemented by a warm ambiance. Highly recommended for their outstanding service and dedicated staff.

I was here for a conference last week. The hotel was lovely, and very easy to mix business with pleasure. The conference rooms were always well laid out, and stocked with all you would need (water, notepads, pens etc) and food, drinks and refreshments were always readily available. The staff were all outstanding-extremely warm, helpful and genuine, and added to the whole experience. Many thanks in particular to: Andrew, Mo, Naz, Josh, Farzana, Auntie Jackie, Uzma, Tracey, Christian, Mary, Viv, Chelsea, Janet, Greashma, Wendy, Zee, Antonia, Lisa Thank you.

I stayed for a conference so the hotel was busy, but nothing was too much trouble. Mo was super helpful and proactive, Janet was fabulous in the restaurant. All the staff seemed engaged and genuinely friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and there was ample parking.

I stop here regularly around 5 nights a week. The rooms are exceptional and the service is amazing! Treated like royalty and the staff work incredibly hard. It is very humbling seeing managers rolling their sleeve up to get stuck in. I was served by Antonia and Chelsy tonight and they were amazing. Always smiling and checking up on me and my meal. I love staying here as its a home away from home.

I want to thank Uzma and Mo for been such warm and friendly members of staff. They helped create a lovely welcoming atmosphere that was enjoyed by everyone present at the conference I attended. I would highly recommend using this venue for any type of event.

Amazing staff and amazing atmosphere. Special mention to Faz (Farsana) and Josh. Nothing was too much for them. Always helpful and incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend for an event. They recommended local acts for entertainment and it was wonderful.
