That's great in Bratislava, near the city centre. Easy to reach the castle, and the locations you want to visit, so!Great location! but beware of the location if you need to order a delivery... it is a mess for the GPS location in Slovakia, I made a mistake make the delivery person so inconvenient

There is no hot water at the middle of my shower！ but the staffs and the size of the room was great

Not far from the city center, 10 minuets walk, we really appreciate the quality of the rooms and their design and cleanliness. On the reception side very kind and very helpful. Nothing to say except that, there will be no surprise, you can go :).

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da "recepcionista" que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

Lovely stay. Very comfortable bed with lovely pillows and linen. We kitchen was well equipped but we didn’t have a tea towel for drying pots nor an oven glove which proved tricky. The apartment is very warm too. The washing machine is very handy but perhaps a couple of laundry pods could be provided. Good location and value for money.

Stayed in the deluxe apartment with terrace. Apartment was clean and functional for the most part. Very quite place, the terrace was lovely to have a coffee on. First bedroom had access to the terrace. Second bedroom was like a closet with a "window" up high on the wall between the two bedrooms. So if any light was on in a bedroom the other was lit up. The mattress was also quite hard, not so comfortable. There was no USB ports anywhere in the apartment and plug sockets were in awkward places. For a new building I thought this was an odd oversight. The shower head was placed halfway up on the wall, at the opposite end of the bath where the the shower door was, so the spray could wet the floor if you weren't careful. No separate shower, just the shower head in the bath. But the toilet was separate to it, that was good. Kitchen was kitted out nicely to cook your own meals. Large fridge freezer too. It was a 10 minute walk to St Michaels Gate, so close to the old town. The train station is a10 minute walk away too. So very well situationed. There's nothing terrible about the place , it's just little things that seem odd for such a new place. It's clean and close to places.
