The photos are room 124. I asked for a different room but was told 'no'.
The door showed signs of an earlier break-in. In order to lock the door, it meant having a huge gap (see photo) - the temperature was below freezing for the stay which meant having the heater on full blast.
When the coffee machine didn't work, I asked for a replacement. The replacement I was given was filthy - I gave up.
NO BREAKFAST provided despite being advertised as 'breakfast included'. No pool either.
The room had 2 windows and each window needed a pair of curtains - instead, one curtain was 'stretched' across each window. The door handle to the bathroom loose and the floor in the bathroom and the shower tray were filthy. The fridge - well, just check out the picture.
The ONLY saving grace was that the bedding was clean.

Cannot agree more with the reviews. Dreadful place. Felt unsafe and did not want to go out after dark. People drinking, smoking and ‘taking deliveries’ day and night!!!! Full of people from social housing. The room was ok. The bathroom needed tweaks and a paint job. Could have put with it all if it was a safe place. Do not go under any circumstances.

You do not want to stay here because the towels, although clean, are super stained. Furniture is worn and old, and the room "remodel" was makeshift. I only write reviews for excellent businesses and lousy businesses. You can guess which this is.

Paint was peeling, refrigerator & ac/heat door broken, blow dryer missing. Was told their ice machine was broken and that I'd have to wait until the morning for the dryer. The next morning, a hotel employee unlocked my door w/out knocking & walked in twice. Once to verify that the blow dryer was missing and another to hand me the blow dryer while I stood naked ready to shower. Unethical behavior!

The room they put in was beyond anything I have ever experienced. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. Outside my room a small group of what I believe where homeless people staying a few doors down. The refrigerator did not work at al,l and smelled so bad. I went back to the front desk to complain, the women at the desk showed me another room it too reeked of smoke, she then showed me another that did not smell as bad. S o I stayed the night After being the room for a few hours I headed to the store to buy an air freshener but even that could put a dent in the order. By now I figured this a motel being used to house the homeless. Not sure why the board of health has allowed this place to stay open.
