Wellnesshotel Warther Hof

In general we are happy with the hotel and the services provided. The location is good. Very close to the ski lift in Warth. Large parking garage. Our family room was very large (although the kids room with the bunk bed very small). The swimming pools indoor and outdoor are very large; could be a bit warmer. The quality of the breakfast is good. Afternoon snacks as well. 6 course dinner was most of the times good. Meals menu for the kids is very limited (schnitzel or pasta). What did not make us happy is the lack of friendliness and service from our regular waiter in the restaurant. He does not radiate cheerfulness and friendliness. He doesn't seem to like his work and it negatively affects our holiday feeling. We also regularly had to wait a long time or look for someone who wanted to help us. However, they were often unavailable or busy with other matters. In other hotels in Austria we have had much better experience in terms of enthusiasm and friendliness of the catering staff.

This is an excellent hotel directly opposite the ski lift. The food was very good, with a large breakfast buffet and 6 course evening meal. Lunch and afternoon tea were also provided, as well as free soft drinks/tea/coffee until 6pm. I would have liked more options for fresh juice in the morning and the soups were usually too salty. I would have also liked to have potato salad in the evening salad bar. However overall the food was very good and varied. We had a lovely room with a balcony and very comfortable bed. On 3 evenings there was live music, which we found too loud and stopped us using the bar. There was another bar by the ski-lift, but apres ski is limited. We did use the pool most days after ski-ing and enjoyed the outdoor pool, the sauna and the waves. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. Warth is on the edge of a massive ski area and the ski-ing was superb. Strongly recommended for a family ski trip.

Wir waren im August 2024 zwei Nächte/drei Tage im Warther Hof. Vor einigen Jahren waren wir schon einmal dort zu Gast. Der Empfang war herzlich mit einem Glas Prosecco und einem Rundgang durch den Wellnessbereich. Unser Zimmer Nr. 305 mit Zirbenholz und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berglandschaft hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Positiv anzumerken ist, dass das Zimmer keinen Teppichboden hat. Das Frühstück war auch ausgezeichnet mit einer guten Auswahl, frischen Säften, Sekt uvm. die Mittagsjause mit Schinken, Cabanossi, Oliven, ausgezeichnetem Käse, Salaten, Apfel,-Topfenstrudel etc. war ausreichend und lecker. Vor allem das Eis war sehr gut. Auch mit dem Abendessen, teils in Buffetform, teils als Gängemenü waren wir äußerst zufrieden. Geschmack und Qualität waren einwandfrei. Der Wellnessbereich besteht aus mehreren Saunen, Ruheräumen, Infrarotliegen, einem Solarium, Schwimmbad, Fitnessstudio,Beautybereich uvm. Wir haben uns in den drei Tagen sehr gut erholt. Sehr positiv finden wir, dass man am Abreisetag den Wellnessbereich noch bis 19 Uhr kostenlos nutzen darf und alkoholfreie Getränke tagsüber bis 18 Uhr auch inklusive sind. Der Barbereich war sehr gemütlich, teils mit musikalischer Unterhaltung („Klaus und Klaus“). Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch die Chefin des Hauses hat sich persönlich um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste gekümmert und war für einen Smalltalk verfügbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße von S. Erbacher und Harald Ortner.

Depuis que cet établissement nous a été conseillé il y a quatre ans par Carole, une amie, nous y revenons avec plaisir, hiver comme été. L'accueil y est exceptionnel, tant en Français (demandez Alice) qu'en anglais (Asli, ou ses consoeurs). Toute l'équipe du Wartherhof sera aux petits soins. L'établissement est géré de manière très professionnelle et courtoise par la famille Roiderer et Jäger. Les lieux sont extrêmement bien tenus. Si vous êtes à cheval sur l'hygiène et sur la propreté des lieux communs comme des chambres, vous serez comblés. Merci aux équipes d'entretien qui font un travail remarquable. Que dire du programme d'activités? Il y en a pour tous les goûts et pour tous les âges. La piscine familiale est le lieu préféré des enfants, tout comme le kids club. La salle de fitness est immense et donne sur les montagnes. Toutes les personnes qui y oeuvrent sont très compétentes. L'espace spa pour adultes est tout simplement le plus beau que nous ayions fréquenté, avec une vue à couper le souffle et des animations plusieurs fois par jour. Ressourcement garanti. Un clin d'oeil à Jana qui s'occupe des animations hammam et sauna. Elle est la gentillesse incarnée. L'hôtel est situé juste en face des remontées mécaniques vous assure un confort inégalé pour aller skier et en revenir. Et pour finir, les repas sont délicieux, avec un choix fantastique, des ingrédients de qualité (nos palais s'en souviennent) et des menus à chaque fois différents. Un grand merci à la brigade de cuisine. Et j'allais oublier : notre chiot de 5 mois a été accueilli à bras ouverts. C'est si rare (en tous cas en France, peut-être moins en Autriche?) de trouver un endroit où le personnel accueille avec joie les enfants et les chiens. Notre chiot a adoré courir dans la neige, puis rester bien au chaud dans la chambre. En un mot, tout est parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et comme le disait une famille d'amis avec lesquels nous avons partagé ce séjour : nous sommes des repeaters... uniquement dans les endroits que nous avons a-do-ré.

Repas, chambres, piscine, Spa … Tout est au top dans cet hôtel. Sans parler du très bon accueil de la patronne, au petit soin pour ses clients comme l'ensemble du personnel de cet établissement situé au pied des pistes. Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille, en couple ou entre amis.

Sehr guter Kinderbereich und auch tolles Schwimmbad für die gesamte Familie. Aber auch einen völlig separierten Wellnessbereich für Erwachsene der relativ neu wirkt und sehr hohes Niveau hat. Die Panorama - Erlebnissauna ist außergewöhnlich gut 👍🏻 auch sonst hat das Essen im Hotel sehr hohes Niveau und die Mittagsjause ab 14 Uhr findet man auch selten in dieser Hotel-Kategorie! Mit Kissen und Matratzen hatten wir ein Thema, es wurde aber sehr schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Hotelpersonal ist sehr sehr freundlich und immer bereit den Aufenthalt zu einem Top Erlebnis zu manchen
