Check in process smooth but i was no been inform well on the breakfirst type that included in my booking. There is 2 type of breakfirst here; ala carte and buffet. What was mine is ala carte and actually can updgrade into buffet breakfirst just only add 7myr/pax. I just found it later when checkout and that was frustating because not been told in the first place. The booking in the apps also not clearly mention type of breakfirst that included in the booking.
The toilet bidet water supply have no extra valve for controlling the water pressure. It directly with the main supply that hardly to control the pressure, it like a water jet😵💫
These 2 thing need to improve in the future. Anyway, stay here is nice with the fantastic view. The location is strategic, near the kea market, flora park, sungei palas boh centre & etc.

The best hotel in cameron.. breakfast sedap banyak variety lagi2 ada pancake letak coklat dan strawberry nyummy.. kolam pun best kat dalam..anak sy seronok sangat..will come back..

This room carpet is very dirty.smelly also.but the breakfast buffet so dellicious.

Well, good in their service. Breakfast also not bad! It would be greats if refurbished the room or upgrade the old room etc.

Copthorne hotel was located nearest Kea Farm Market be the main reason why i always choose this hotel every time i visit Cameron Highlands. Check in and check out were fast. Facilities provided good and soon will come again.

The location of the hotel is strategic because it is close to tourist hotspots but the hotel is quit old and not well maintained.

Great location, walking distance to Kea farm, Raju strawberry farm and EQ strawberry farm, walking downstairs got some food restaurants.
Great view from the hotel. Free parking but limited.
