Staff were great and provided great accommodation for our two travelling pets.

The cabins are in need of some serious remodeling, they are old and not kept up to desirable standards, not very clean either.

I stayed here for one night and wish I booked more! There are heaps of activities to do (salt water pool, turtle sanctuary, fish feeding). The view was amazing from the windows of my cabin. The cabin I stayed in was equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom all in one room, it was very homey and comfortable. The reception workers were also very friendly and accommodating! I was very pleased with my stay here!

Worst camping site from Brisbane Muddy sites with no grass and facing a high speed motorway noi su from 5.30 Am! My sites was given to another couple so that we have to argue Who was entitled to have it ! And do not take their suggestions for Restaurants Terrible!

Wow. Would give more stars if I could. Total serenity. Beautiful, lush sites that are shady and a good size. Immaculate bathrooms and toilets. Great laundry facilities. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Have stayed in the other caravan parks in Cairns and this one is by far the best. A good rate for families and even pet friendly. There is a beautiful pool and the park backs on to a fresh water running stream which we have been swimming in on most days. Beautiful tropical rain forest walks. Turtle feeding. Awesome camp kitchen. Immaculate grounds. Doesn't get better than this. We extended our stay by a week. Highly recommend

The website showed the beautiful grassy sites listed as premium creekside sites. Upon arrival we found our premium creekside site was really just a dusty patch of dirt. The creek could not be swum in or fished in. All it was good for was attracting copious amounts of midges. We had an issue with another guest of the park threatening our young children, and when we reported this to management, they wanted no part of it. They simply said they could not control the behaviour of all their guests. I would not recommend this park to anyone, especially those with children.

What a fantastic park! The staff were super helpful and accommodating in organising our group booking. Our kids all had a ball swimming and heading down to the creek. We mostly stayed in cabins and motel rooms and were all able to stay relatively close to each other. Rooms varied in size but were perfect for what we needed. Laundry facilities were great with option to buy washing powder at reception. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The onsite cafe was great with good coffee and quick meal options. I had a toasted sandwich one day and a bacon and egg roll another - both were just what I needed to start the day. Overall a great park. Looking forward to coming back if we head back to Cairns.

We paid for a premium site creek side and it was worth the money. Our site (153) even had the ‘beach’ into the creek. Good size pool. Clean. Friendly. Cafe. Turtles and fish to see in the creek. Near enough to Cairns but far enough away to be quite tranquil. Some mild road noise. Nothing to worry about.
