It was a lovely place to stay with amazing view in the front. Perfectly clean and comfortable. I'm really satisfied with Boardford House except the wifi which lost connection every 2 mins. Otherwise a great option to choose.

The property is in a good location if you want to walk around the town of Inverness. It is not a fancy hotel, so if that is what you want then look elsewhere but if you are only staying a night or two, this place is good enough if you are not picky. Staff was friendly.

Great long weekend stay. Ideally located for getting about the island. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. Food in both the bar and restaurant was delicious. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely be back.

For the price we paid the room was inadequate. I could have stayed in a five star hotel instead. This was an ******* nonsense for a B&B for which I paid $300 ???!!! We travelled all across Scotland and even the room at Rusacks in St Andrews overlooking the 18 th hole was cheaper and the food and services was fantastic.

Great hotel and better staff! One small issue was that we stayed 2 nights, and had to change rooms. We weren't notified of this before. Not sure if it was an ******* issue or hotel, but a minor inconvenience. Loved their ties to Drambuie liquor! EXCELLENT restaurant on-site.

great luxury hotel with amazing friendly staff
we had a small [problem with our room
and they went out of their way to find the best solution for us
room was large super clean and modern
restaurant was great too we had dinner and breakfast there
you also have a co-op supermarket near by
it is a bit overpriced for what it offers but I guess this is due to high demand in this area

Wonderful hotel! Clean rooms tastefully decorated. Restaurant food and service was excellent!! Definitely will stay here again!!!

Room was large and location of the hotel was good.
Staff person was rude, room was over the bar and the noise level was annoying. There was no elevator and no offer of assistance with luggage. Also no breakfast was included. Would never recommend - felt ripped off for the price we paid for the room.
