酒店整體環境不錯，周圍餐廳購物方便。酒店早餐略顯簡單，熱食較少。

it was a non-smoke room but I could still smell something weird. I informed the staff but no action was taken.

The hotel staff are friendly. More entertainment for kids and events during the holidays weekends is needed.

I would only suggest that you change your down pillows as needed because this is my 4th stay and the last 2 stays the pillows were quite depleted of their feathers. Otherwise my husband and I always enjoy our stays at your hotel, your staff is very friendly and we never require any room service or any other services.

This was our 3rd time staying at this comfortable hotel. The location is so convenient to the sweet village of Bromont and the Eastman Spa.

A great stay! Hotel seems brand new with access to walking trails and highway. Staff was great, breakfast was good, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

We stayed there twice on our way to/from Quebec. We really enjoyed the place and the area around it. Some minor issues on the return trip, such as a stain on the chair, some of the bath gels and lotions were not there, had to wait for the desk clerk. We did enjoy the stay. Breakfast was enjoyable. Would recommend

The outdoor pool was open in October and that was great as the weather was sunny and warm...Mark(c) at front desk was a super customer service person, friendly and outgoing...the 2 night stay was very nice...would stay again :)
