We stayed at the Premier Inn for 4 nights. On arrival we discovered the restaurant was now in house called The Social. We were advised there was a supply issue and not everything was available. My fish and chips arrived with burnt bits and the chips were tepid. No rice for the curry and meals were expensive for what was produced. The draft beer was finished and the dishwasher was broken. I purchased 2 bottles of water and a packet of m and ms from the vending machine. Card only. After processing the card I was advised the m and ms were out of stock. Spoke to receptionist who advised I would only be charged for the water. Not the case. Discovered when I got home I had been charged for full amount. Tried to get a cappuccino during the afternoon was advised had to wait until 17.30. We didn't dare try breakfast so we went elsewhere. The accommodation was OK but could do with a lick of paint.

Stained duvet cover (looked like dried blood) stained carpet hairs and dust in carpet. Toilet took 15-20 to fill to be able to flush. Reported to staff told someone would come to check no one did but was told that was normal. Asked to change room none were available.

Easy to find with a large parking area, we received a warm welcome. The room was standard Premier Inn, clean and suitably equipped. This one didn’t have any usb sockets to charge the mobile phone, so it’s worth remembering to bring a charger. Meals were taken in the adjacent restaurant, no issues and a very good breakfast. The premises are close to the local Police / Fire station, so expect occasional siren noise, although not an issue.

I live in premier inns all year round . This is the 1st time staying in this hotel and would definitely stay at this one again . Great parking as I’m in a big drainage tanker . Rooms are nice , big and clean . Mobile phone reception is great (I’m on ee ) . Big thanks to Sophie on reception as she was absolutely great 😊

After travelling the UK for 2 weeks on holiday I stayed for my last night at Premier Inn out of necessity and it was the best night's sleep I had over that duration......most comfortable bed ever at a very reasonable price! I would definitely stay again

Clean rooms, bed very comfy and clean. Quiet location, good parking. Unfortunately we had a leak in our bathroom but it was rectified really quickly by reception who were very friendly and efficient. Restaurant opposite was good for breakfast, nice staff.

Lovely Stay, We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn, Bromsgrove Central, the room was ok if not a bit dowdy, but the bed was comfortable and Leah at Reception was brilliant. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. One action required, you really need to taste the tea in the room and at Breakfast, it is appalling.

Perfect location for our short trip to Avon croft weekend event. Rooms suitable size for 2 with everything you need. Check in was simple and speedy with plenty of parking available. Breakfast options were very good and all staff made you feel welcomed.

I stayed here for one night prior to travelling to Luton Airport. The staff member at check-in was very polite, welcoming and helpful. My room was exactly as I'd expect from Premier Inn - clean, comfortable and functional. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was taken in the restaurant across the car park. My server here was also very friendly and helpful. I informed her of my milk allergy and she went the extra mile by personally ensuring that my breakfast was cooked separately. I greatly appreciate the fact that Premier Inn takes allergies seriously. The restaurant was busy, which is why I think I waited almost 30 mins for my food to arrive. Service was slow. The bacon was very hard but my breakfast was otherwise delicious. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
