We booked a room for 2 nights, with breakfast. Our room was on the 3th floor. It is a different place, than the restaurant/reception, but only 1-2 minutes on foot. The bed was extra comfortable, the room is quiet, looks good and clean. We get nice breakfast, what was tasty and enought. Thank You very much! :)

In eerste instantie was het hotel niet te vinden. Eenmaal aangekomen bleek dat we de auto nergens konden parkeren, behalve in de parkeergarage a !0 euro. De kamer (die op een andere locatie was) was ous. Het bed wat een boxspring was was ook versleten. Dit werd opgelost door er een ander mnatras op te leggen. De tv hing op een onlogische plek nl links van het bed ipv tegenover. De inrichting was oud De vloeren waren versleten. De handdoeken op de kamer waren van diverse kleuren en maten. Ik zou iedereen adviseren om daar nooit te boeken.

Prezzo adeguato, personale gentile

Not a bad place however windows are thin and its very noisy. My room was not like in the pictures or advertisement i had not kitchenette. We checked in very late so please be aware that there was a surcharge here. 10 euro for every hour after midnight. I would also say hotel was poor at getting back to me as i wrote them and email saying i was checking in late and would this be a problem i got no response. So had to call them in the end. But the room itself was ok. It was in a great location for the town centre.

The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. There was no key for the bathroom, which is accessible from either two separate rooms, thus we had to make rules ( knock on door before entering the bathroom/toilet ). The two satellite tv’s are not very good, and they are not smart tv’s which for that price i’ve expected, so don’t think about using your Netflix account during your stay. The hotel announces sauna and jacuzzi, but there’s only sauna until 10pm. My daughters tell me a woman used a key to open their door and asked if the stay was pleasant, my daughters did not put the do not disturb sign on the door, that might explain. Overall the price for the stay was okay considering Germany is expensive compared to other places in the world.

Location was perfect, The appartement was big, the shower cabine smells horrible, the stuff dedent done nothing after we complaned about it.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Balthasar Neumann. They worked with us to address an issue with our ability to check in during the standard hours. The family rooms that we had were wonderfully large and comfortable -- I actually regret not having more time in the room! The area around the hotel has many pedestrian-focused streets and available cafes etc. The station is about a 15 minute from the station without luggage -- allow a little longer if you are pulling bags along the brick sidewalks and roads.

Very good guesthouse close to phantasialand less than 10 minutes in the center of bruhl. Parking space is available and excellent service. We had 2 familie rooms. a familie room had two 2 bedroom rooms and a seperaat space for a single bed and sleeps 5 persons. It had a small comfortabele outside terrace. Breakfast was excellent all was nicely set up on the time we agreed and had everything you can wish for. super!
