非常温馨的酒店，服務也是相當周到細心，咖啡直接送到房間，周邊環境也是夢幻般的美麗，整個布魯日童話世界一般，酒店更加增添了童話色彩

Absolutely superb in all respects. Professional, helpful and friendly team. You feel welcome from your first step in the beautiful hotel. A couple of minutes walk from the central square. Our charming small room overlooking the canal was so cosy and comfortable. Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce defintely enriched our memory of Bruges.

We were traveling from Ireland to Amsterdam and decided to stop for one day/night in Bruges. The hotel was right on the canal with perfect views. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and willing to help with the smallest of things, making the stay easy and comfortable. The hotel itself was nicely appointed in a lovely historic building. We would undoubtedly return to this hotel if ever back in Bruges. Highly recommend.

Very good location in city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Our room overlooking the front of the hotel was quiet. Breakfast excellent (we had scrambled egg and bacon, plus waffles, however there are lots of options). Staff were really friendly and helpful, and we liked the complimentary on request tea and coffee service. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel.The staff are friendly, helpful and they go out of there way to make your stay perfect.The breakfast is really enjoyable with so much on offer.You can have free tea and coffee served to you all day.The hotel is in a fantastic location. The bedrooms are very lovely, only small grip is the showers are not good.But this pales into significance when you stay at this wonderful small but perfect hotel.We loved our stay thank you.

My husband is a fan of the film “In Bruges”. The Hotel is supposed to accommodate the two protagonists. The hotel was old style comfortable with a fabulous bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic- the best waffles ever! If you like a place with local charm - this is it!

The minute I walked into the door of this hotel, I experienced pure happiness. It was sooo lovely and it was full of that old European charm. It was extremely beautiful and clean. The staff were all incredibly nice and responded immediately to any question or request. They made us feel like we were the only guests there. As I told my husband, I felt like a princess. He missed out because he chose not to come and I traveled with a girlfriend. The breakfast room was sooo charming and the food was exquisite. The location was perfect. We could walk out the door and immediately be immersed in the culture. If you are considering a trip to Bruges, I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

A very nice boutique hotel in the center of Bruges. Close to the free shuttle stops as well as bus lines. Very convenient to walk to all of the museums and many restaurants close by as well. Breakfast was lovely albeit a bit expensive. Initially we planned to only eat one breakfast at the hotel due to cost, but the lovely dining room with a fire overlooking the canals coupled with a great food selection led us to return all three mornings. The Belgian Waffles served at breakfast were wonderful!

This is a beautiful old building in the center of things. That can be good or bad, depending on how much the crowds of Bruges affect you. During the day, the city is vastly overcrowded with tour groups. The room was nice and relatively spacious. The only drawback from the location is that our room got quite a bit of noise from an adjoining restaurant in the afternoon. It was, fortunately, perfectly quiet at night. The staff is helpful and friendly.
