Worst hotel in Brussels I never se like these hotel no doors for bathroom all waters come inside the room while had a shower no services at hotel very bad services at reception the workers are waste no discipline and behaviour of talking totally waste I want my refund please

We were not expecting much since the price, but there was a water leak in the coridor...like litteral water pooring down! and no ventilation in the bathroom so you could see humidity damage... the bed's" mattress " was just foam and completely flattened on one half of the bed. I personaly camp often so just having a shower felt like enough and i was ok, but my friend thought it was unacceptable and would have paid more for a proper bed. So yeah, know it is a bit schetchy but hey, if you can sleep anywhere, it does the job for cheap

It was a disappointing stay, from the arrival (quite a rude person behind the checkin) to the room and the facilities. Everything is old, the beds are really bad, it feels like nothing has been done to the hotel in 25 years. The lights were not working or empty, except a very small light. The heater is not running all the time, so it was very cold in the night. The only good thing about the hotel is the shower, warm and powerful. We will definitely never go here again, and everyone else better stay away

Nothing is correctly in picture no ac the bed is not twins is very to small is very bad

Hotel antigo e modesto, quarto bem iluminado com vista para praça, roupas de cama e toalhas de banho em excelente estado, limpeza do quarto e do banheiro bem realizada, recepção gentil, wi fi funcionou corretamente. Não serve café da manhã, mas há uma lanchonete bem ao lado. Há 10 minutos de caminhada da Grand Place, várias opções de compras e restaurantes nas redondezas. 15 minutos de caminhada da estação Central de Bruxelas e 30 minutos de caminhada da estação Brussels Midi. Para quem está acima do peso ou viaja com muitas malas a escada é estreita e íngreme, o elevador é bem estreito, máximo 2 pessoas sem bagagem ou 1 pessoa mais uma mala. O banheiro é pequeno, não tem Box, mas estava limpo, atendeu corretamente. A cama era ampla, mas o colchão já havia cedido um pouco, mas não atrapalhou minha noite de sono. Quando hóspedes vizinhos chegam de madrugada se ouve no quarto.

Hotel que cumple para dejar tus cosas y bañarte. Tuvimos frío, escaleras angostas. El concierge muy atento, gran persona, nos dio tips.

Excelente ubicación, pero mal hotel. Mi habitación no tenía vista a ninguna parte y el lavabo del baño es muy incómodo (chico). No tiene desayuno Eso sí, hay buenas opciones para comer y comprar. Está cerca de la estación

La chambre single ne correspond pas au descriptif sur le site qui concerne les chambres doubles. 9m² au lieu de 15, fenêtre sur cour étriquée très sombre, lumière obligatoire même en journée. Sentiment de claustrophobie dès la première nuit. J'ai préféré changé de chambre en payant le complément pour avoir quelque chose de décent.
