Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.
Only issues were the thermostat didn't seem to be working well and the light would not turn off and the clock did not work. Additionally, the room was right across from the elevator, so I know to request not to be by the elevator for my next hotel reservation. We like this location and have not had any issues in past visits.

Problem of heating was resolved. All employees went far beyond to fix the lack of heat in room.

The hotel was in a good central location. However, when we went to break fast there were no plates and several items were empty, to include two thermals of coffee. The common areas were being worked on, I’m sure when they are done it will look nice but at the moment it looks like an unfinished product.

This is my goto hotel every time I’m in Bryan. It’s comfortable, clean, and they have a bar.

Traveled with family from Tyler,Tx to attend Santa's Wonderland last for the first time and enjoyed everything. My room was magnificent. The staff and condition of the hotel were wonderful. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Given handicap room when I didn't ask for one. Makes entire bathroom floor wet when shower. Breakfast good. Could have dusted little better.

We’ll stay here every time we come to Aggie Land. Great place until they triple the price for a football game, but that’s what all the properties here do.

Helpful in changing my reservation when my plans changed.
Well located. Rather new.
Mattress mediocre
Included breakfast have the usual non fresh eggs and no meat choice.
