Hampton Inn Bryant

It was a pleasant stay. Amenities and staff is very good. Breakfast is very nice, lots of fruits and healthy foods. Front desk Demaja is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

This hotel is the best Hampton I have stayed in years I come two or three times a year and stay at this hotel. My sister lives here I live in Georgia I am a germ Afobe, and when I come in the rooms are clean the staff here is amazing, Stephanie today really helped me out a lot and they are blessing from the food to the host to the housekeepers. I thank you for all that you do for us Connie.

It was my daughter’s 16th birthday and she wanted to stay at a nice hotel with indoor pool. Well me and my older son got to the pool before my wife and my daughter and her 2 other friends. We had rented 2 rooms. My son was already in the pool against the deep in and the girls just got in when he moved away from the wall and the pool light fell out and was floating in the pool with the wires. I told them all to get out ASAP and called the front desk. To me it sounded like this has happened before. They shut the pool down. Then later that night I went to ask what time breakfast started and why they only was doing continental. I was told that the oven went out and the are expensive and they had to find one. So not to happy with this trip.

Renita and Ashley were excellent getting us checked with smiles and our complementary items (Diamond member perks)! You have two treasures as employees in them. They are real people persons! Our rooms were clean and I remember commenting to my wife about how quiet it was staying there.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nice place, great breakfast, and they even have ceiling fans in the room. A total bonus for those those who like to sleep with airflow. Great little gym, too! The only detractor, and this is not just specific to this hotel, but it is a problem across many at which I've stayed, I just finally said something to the front desk staff this time - there is zero reason for a hotel employee to be walking around on their cell phone on speakerphone. There are $25 Bluetooth earbuds on Amazon that work wonderfully. I have several. When someone is trying to do some work in their hotel room and the maid staff is walking down the hallways or lingering to clean in the rooms and is having a two-way conversation at the top of the volume of the phone, added to his or her own voice, it really kind of screws up a little bit of your morning. $25 on Amazon shouldn't break the bank- and if it does then the hotel chains need to be providing them to their staff. Totally unacceptable to be blaring conversations/audio/video into guests' rooms while guests are present (but frankly, even if they aren't - stick the volume in your own ear, not everyone else's!). Other than that little bit - definitely a great place. Would come back for sure.

Happily bright lights greeted us to our room and a night light in the bathroom—appreciated. The common area and breakfast area are very spacious and had plenty of offerings. Alas, sadly the breakfast lady had no idea of product ingredients. The large dogs we saw made us think fleas. Don’t know why dogs and cats are allowed to be in the hotel—greeted by visible treats at the front desk. The hallway was missing its baseboards and the wall paper was pealing. Hilton, what is going on with your hotels?

Can't say enough good things about this location. Front desk ladies were kind, attentive and quick. Room was large, CLEAN, and very comfortable. Had an incredible night's sleep. Bathroom had a vent fan (most places oddly enough, don't have one) and shower had a rain head in the shower. I would definitely stay at this location any time I'm in the Little Rock area. Hampton Inn continues to impress all over the country.

Good: The hotel staff were nice and professional. Bad 1. The room keys never worked! The front desk made them over again, with no improvement. Hotel staff had to let us in every time. 2. The accessible room was not accessible. The bed was too high and the toilet was too low. 3. The breakfast was terrible. The hot offerings were few and not very good. There was no warm bread, and the toaster didn't even work. Overall We generally like Hampton Inn, but the issues with our stay will likely make us skip this location in the future.

This hotel is the best one we’ve ever stayed at in the Little Rock area. The room was extremely clean which is very important to us. Everything in the room worked which never happened in any of the other hotels we stayed at in the Little Rock area previously. None of the furnishings were outdated or worn as is usually the case in a lot of hotels. Checkin and checkout when smoothly with no problems. To top it off there was a ceiling fan above the bed which may seem like a small amenity but made the day for my wife. My wife was also impressed with the soaps and lotions in the bathroom, plus water pressure in the shower was great. This will definitely be our hotel of choice when traveling through the Little Rock area.
