Dana Nabil Ecu Camp House - Main Gate Dana Nature Reserve

A great experience in Jordan near the Wahdi Guweihr. After a long trip and some days in busy Amman we were looking for some chill out time. We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Near the authentic village of Dana we stayed in this lovely lodge. The people who worked here made us feel right at home with a delicious breakfast and dinner. Everything we longed for like a hiking trip could me arranged at a minutes notice. Definitely would recommend!

Very nice place, few minutes ride from the Dana village, so it's surrounded by nature and nice views. Sleeping conditions was OK. The dinner was delicious and after it there was a short presentation of traditional beduin instrument and drum. We also bought a guided tour of Sheq Al-Reesh Trail. Amazing place, a little paradise. We also had lunch prepared by our guide on the trail, so it was super cool. As the owner told us the place was created to help local community and less fortunate people by providing work, buying food from local producers and offering shelter for whoever needs it. Very special place and I'm happy that my stay somehow contributed to local community. For March 2024 the place have very little visitors because of Gaza crisis, so please consider choosing this place so it can survive this tough times and be able keep providing for local community.

We had a great time with the Nabil eco camp team! Very nice food, very nice people, ready to talk about the community and the project, their culture,... we really enjoyed listening to them, even playing music! Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome! Shukran!

Newly built hotel. Very clean and spacious room with bathroom. Very accommodating owner and friendly service. I gave 5 stars as cleanliness is important and in Jordan cleanliness is not a given. The location is great for trips around the area with and without a guide. The owner helps a large community of poor people. Very good breakfast and dinner.

Really nice place to stay, with an incredible kind host that can help you in the organization of your staying in the area, but also in other places in Jordan. Enchanting common area and terrasse: i will never forget this place. And it helps hundreds of families in the area, being a cooperative.

Notre expérience coïncidence avec celles des autres personnes qui ont écrit ici. Ramzi et Mona sont des hôtes attentifs et généreux. La nourriture était excellente et prête rapidement. Moi et ma sœur sommes arrivées sans avoir réservé, assez tard, et Mona nous a préparé un plat délicieux (mloukhiya, miam!!) et copieux. Le dîner du lendemain était tout a fait different, ce qui n'est pas toujours évident dans les hôtels jordaniens. La chambre était propre etagréable, nous avons bien dormi. Les conseils de Ramzi sur les choses a faire dans la région sont précieux et transparents. Il ne vous fera jamais payer pour quelque chose que vous ne vouliez pas, est très clair à propos des prix et des détails sur les balades possibles dans la réserve de Dana. Il nous a conseillés sur bon nombre de choses. L'hôtel se trouve au milieu des collines et des moutons. C'est bucolique, agréable. Le coucher de soleil est magnifique depuis le toit, par ailleurs très confortable. Il est aussi une propriété de familles locales qui le gèrent en coopérative. Sans hésiter, allez passer quelques jours dans cet endroit qui nous a enchantées.

Superbe expérience et rencontré avec Ramzi et Mouna. Ramzi est accueillant, chaleureux et de bon conseil. Il a passé du temps avec nous après le repas et nous a conseillés pour la balade dans la réserve de Dana et le Wadi Rum. Il est très disponible comme Mouna qui est une hôtesse attentive et une cuisinière avertie. Repas et petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Un séjour inoubliable et qui œuvre à soutenir l'association des habitants de Dana qui souhaitent faire vivre leur village de manière autonome et eco-responsable. Y aller en toute confiance.

Hier bekommt man Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit...gleichzeitig Ruhe und gute Wanderwege... Extrawünsche einfach melden, es wird sich liebevoll darum gekümmert. Das Haus ist in Teilen noch im Bau, aber das wesentlichste und wichtigsten ist da + tolle Gastgeber und Essen! Gerne wieder!
