房間很不錯，很新很別緻，離城市公園很近，早上可以去公園廣逛，周邊環境很不錯，處理商務事務很方便，逛街也很方便呢！

這家酒店新裝修，設備新的，乾淨，，服務態度熱情周到，早餐不錯。

Hotel 4 stelle, senza frigo bar, senza armadio chiuso ma a vista, il giorno dopo la stanza è stata rifatta molto superficialmente, tazzine sporche, lenzuola solo tirate su e svuotati i cestini, una cosa pessima, dopo nostra rimostranza il giorno dopo hanno pulito diciamo benino, camera di 21 mq con un solo comodino vicino al letto e dall altra parte nemmeno una lampadina attaccata al muro, colazione sotto la sufficienza, per me non è un 4 stelle, personale molto freddo e disinteressato, non lo consiglio

Just loved this hotel. The service was excellent and the design was beautiful. The gardens and interior are also immaculate. We enjoyed the food and champagne and would recommend a visit just for food if you are passing having spent the day at the local outdoor baths. I would stay here if you are looking for something different to many of the larger hotels in Budapest.

We stayed at Alice Hotel at the end of Feb’24 for 4 nights, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just 100 meters away from the M1 metro station, which made exploring Budapest incredibly easy. It’s close to several major attractions, and having the metro so nearby was a major convenience for us. The room we stayed in was spacious with a modern design, which we appreciated. It felt comfortable and well-suited for our needs. However, we encountered some issues with the cleaning service. The bed sheets and linens weren’t changed for four days, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t until we inquired at the reception about their frequency of changing linens that they finally changed them. Another downside was the lack of nearby markets or stores. We realized too late that we should have stocked up on snacks and water before heading back to the hotel. The hotel does have some sort of kiosk, but it wasn’t very visible, and we learned too late that you need to buy tokens from the reception to use it. We never got around to using it. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was good. It offered a variety of continental breakfast options, and we had no complaints there. The hotel also has a cafe/restaurant, which could be a handy option for guests, considering there aren’t many dining options in the immediate vicinity. We didn’t eat there, but it’s nice to know it’s available. In conclusion, Alice Hotel has its perks, especially in terms of location and room design. However, there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding the cleaning service and the availability of nearby amenities. Despite these issues, the hotel’s convenience for exploring Budapest and the quality of its breakfast buffet make it a place I’d still consider staying at again.

Excellent hotel -well located and staff very helpful, Room space is more than adequate and very comfortable beds. Great bathroom Well heated in a very cold December! Breakfast buffet more than adequate and super coffee machine!!!

Spent 5 nights at Alice Hotel and couldn't find a fault with the place. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. The location, on Andrássy Út, is perfect for both the park and for the centre of the city, with the 1 Metró about 5 minute walk with regular service. All in all, a gem.

The rooms are so spaocious and well decorated .the location is good.The hotel Alice look like so new .They did very good hotel.Breakfast was so nice and more than every thing you need Staff are so helpful and friendly I recommend Alice hotel.

Accueil très chaleureux malgré la barrière de la langue ! Le personnel est très gentil et très à l’envoûte Nourriture exceptionnelle ! Buffet plus-que-parfait Tout était impeccable ! On y reviendra !
