各方面都挺好，很新，服務態度也很好，不好的點就是餐廳太小，每日清潔的很糊弄，住了6晚一次床單都沒換過

Budva is a beautiful place and this lovely hotel is in a great location. The Staff are really friendly and the hotel has all the facilities required. All the local restaurants and boat excursions are a short walking distance away. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The good bits...Great location very quiet but near bars,restaurants and clubs. Very clean hotel,modern,friendly polite staff,nice rooms with mini bar,TV,lovely bathroom with free toiletries,free aircon and safe,small balcony with table and chairs, Lovely breakfast area with outside terrace too,bar, Good selection of continental foods cheeses,meats,fruit, Hot food too scrambled eggs,poached eggs,sausages,chips,fish fingers and kalamari. Not so good... the rooftop pool is drained on 30th September even though the 10days we were there was in mid 30s the whole time. The owner not very friendly didn't respond the 2 times I said good morning But overall a lovely hotel close to old town and beach.

I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel so am going to do pros and cons. PROS: Great location, the rooms have powerful aircon, the hotel itself is very clean and feels new, great wifi and the staff working at breakfast were lovely. CONS: Our check in experience was a weird one, the receptionist did not make us feel welcome and wasn't very friendly, which was a bit jarring after travelling for so long. Our check out experience was even worse, we were charged for staining the towels (i have hair dye in my hair and when i wash it, the water comes out pink and it drips pink) the hair dye got on the towels which i was aware of but assumed it would come out as it does on all of my towels at home, I don't know why it didn't when the staff washed them. The staff knew about this problem days before we checked out yet didn't tell us the stains didn't come out in their wash so it ended up being quite a few towels we had to pay for. If they had told us about this the first time it had happened, I would have just used my beach towel to dry my hair and we could have avoided being charged so much. It was also interesting as one of the towels they give out to guests for the pool, did have stains on them. Our bedsheets also were not changed the first 5 days we stayed. It is such a shame we had such a negative experience with the reception staff as this hotel has so much going for it.

4 night stay in Budva for the first time. The big plus of this hotel is location. 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 to the old town. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel room very pleasant, modern decor and cleaned every day. Small balcony with chairs and table which was nice to catch a bit of sun. Never used the pool only a small seating area round it, the seating area not particularly inviting. Reception was efficient but in general staff were quite dour. Not much of a smile. The reception and breakfast were quite soulless and the food at breakfast was only adequate. The cooked options were very oily and limited. We would recommend this hotel for its location and bedrooms but the rest needs a bit of tweaking. Budva was a fabulous resort to stay in

I stayed here for a week in May 2023. The hotel is located centrally near to shops and supermarkets. It was around 15 minute walk to the front and Budva Old town (which is beautiful). The room was comfy and there was no noise at night so it was easy to sleep. There was maid service everyday and toiletries were replenished as you used them up. You can't drink the tap water but there is a jug of water left in your room everyday (no bottled water). There are tea making facilities, a safe, plenty of space to hang and fold clothes and a hairdryer. We had breakfast everyday which had a fair selection of hot and cold food. We used the restaurant once for an evening mean (15 euros per person) and got a soup, a main meal and a desert which were decent enough but its cheap to eat out anyway. The staff in both the restaurant and on reception were friendly and helpful. All in all a good stay

The location is great but the amenities are limited. It senior friendly (nothing wrong with that) but if you're looking to mingle with other youngsters then it's not the right hotel. However, it's clean and within the prime location in Budva.

Hotel is ok and good location but they charged us $50 for getting the towels dirty because my girlfriend’s makeup got on it. Seemed like they scammed us.
