The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

The staff was so amazing. Immediately helped us with our bags to take upstairs. Check in smooth, loved there's no hidden fees. They tell you everything that's entailed in cost at time of reservation. Smells amazing when you enter the hotel we had to ask what the scent was. Which we learned is white tea and thyme. The room was spacious and perfect for our little family and we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise and view from room. We'll definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived at the parking lot to the moment we drove away, the property was perfectly maintained even while being renovated. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The in-house restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and our Server Eddie was a wonderful gentleman. Jasmine who checked us in was a joy to speak to and handled a small issue for us without missing a beat. (My issue not theirs) The walk to the park was about 6 minutes and gave you the opportunity to see all the shops and surrounding spaces.
I highly recommend you stay here!!! Well worth the money

Under renovations so not fully functional. We had some food under our bed from past guest. It is going to be very nice when done and it is a great location to shopping and fun. I might suggest a little coaching regarding a more client centric view point as we did not find it very friendly.

Staffs were great. Room was newly renovated. We were provided with raspberry soap and lotion which smell wonderful. Will stay again.

The bar restaurant staff admitted they are new and haven’t been properly trained. Bar and restaurant was out of mostly everything and soda drinks didnt work properly. Bar staff did know what they were doing but were embarrassed about nothing working right and not have the right stock to serve patrons.

The front desk staff, especially Hannah, were very friendly. The only problem we had is the walls are very thin. We could here the guest on both sides of our room.

Will be booking again in a couple of weeks. My family felt completely safe and happy. Everything was easy access. It was nice to be close to The Park
