The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

Although the hotel was under renovation, what had already been completed was excellent and am looking forward to its completion. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The property was a literal construction zones. The lobby had electrical cables hanging from the ceiling inches above our heads.
Nearly every staff member I encounter seemed genuinely annoyed that I was there. Simple questions were met with a condescending attitude.
No restaurant. No shopping. No coffee. Everything was closed for my ENTIRE stay.

The hotel is very clean and easy to check in. The only two complaints I have: hotel guests have to pay to park even though they are staying at hotel. So wrong in my opinion!! Our room did not have any chairs or table to sit at. 😔.

It was ok. Parking situation ******. It looks like the public can park there for free but we pay $15.

The property is going through renovations but the updates are beautiful. The front desk service was very friendly and welcoming.

We probably would have a wonderful stay if it wasn’t for all the construction. One entrance in and out of the hotel was not ideal. We will have to revisit when the remodel is completed.

No wifi in our room. Saw couple of roaches in the drawer where the coffee maker is. Black stuff coming out from the sink.
