Great breakfast! Room was clean and modern. Stayed with two dogs and room was quiet and spacious for both dogs and people.
My only complaint was the bed. It was not comfortable with a slope to one side that I had to fight all night.

Check in took some time as the room we were supposed to stay in had a bad heating unit due to extreme cold weather. Manager offered an upgrade to suite and all went well . Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Made use of the hot tub.

Did not like the way room doors were left propped open after cleaning. Thought this was quite unsafe for someone to sneak in.Doors were this way when we checked in as well as wen we were checking out.

Breakfast was not good. No microwave for heating oatmeal. At 8:30 n
I bacon or orange juice. Pancake machine was not working. My husband had stayed at this hotel 2 months prior and the pancake machine was broken then.

We had an executive suite with no chair in the livingroom or bedroom and no table/chairs in the kitchen. Only one light in the bedroom and no baseboards in the livingroom. Top three inches of the cabinets were dusty...it appears whoever cleaned the room couldn't reach the top of the cabnet doors so they just reached as high as they could and ignored the rest. We believe the room was being updated and should not have been available for use until completed. The breakfastes were subpar as each morning they were semi cold, even if you were there when it opened at 6:30 am. We expected more from Holiday Inn but didn't get it.

It was obvious that renovations were ongoing but the hotel still was able to present clean and elegant rooms and common areas. The staff was very helpful and friendly with suggestions for dinner.

Room was large and immaculate. The staff was nice and friendly, and the breakfast was good, as well. Definitely recommend!
