Great hotel and great location. Beach was a 10 minute walk and town centre about 15 min walk. Went with my family and my brother and sister with their families and lots of young kids. We all had a great time! The pool was excellent and the bar and restaurant were excellent too! Everyone enjoyed the stay over in the hotel and I would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

I thought this hotel was excellent when i stayed in aug 2021 but this time it was far from excellent. The service in both the restaurant and the bar was nothing short of woeful.. we ordered two drinks during our main course and we got them when we were finished our dessert .. the main course portion size was so small it was shocking . One tiny little bowl of veg fit for a child served for 2 people .. On the plus side The staff were friendly and helpful and the leisure centre was really good too ..

Stayed for 1 night and checkin was fast and room was clean and comfortable. Food in the bar was very good and quickly served. Nice pleasant atmosphere in the hotel and just a 2min walk to a lovely bar called the drift inn a must visit. Large carpark on site and close to beaches and town centre .

As usual our trip was amazing .Fantastic room with Seaview. food was incredible both in the bar and restaurant. Staff are so good .Remembering who you are and taking time to ensure the best service .Sharon in the restaurant is fantastic and makes our visit every time

Stayed on a 50plus offer which was wonderful. We had 2 nights with breakfast each morning and a four course meal each evening. Food was great. Service was a bit slow as they were understaffed one evening. The view from our room, which was very comfortable and roomy was over the lough with gorgeous sunsets. Great shower. Easy access to lots of walks and things to visit.

Inishowen Gateway Hotel never disappoints - A fantastic hotel, friendly staff, excellent value for money and great service with the added bonus of the most beautiful beach right on the doorstep. All you need for a great get away. We shall be back

I was on a one night business trip and I found the Inishowen Gateway Hotel perfect. The staff were very helpful from my booking in to my departure. The food was excellent and the breakfast was beautiful. The breakfast staff could not do enough to help and a very busy time. I would recommend a visit and I will be staying again.

We are just back from another wonderful stay at this hotel we just love the place .This time we booked the slumber Sunday deal and it did not disappoint, it was excellent,the superior room was so nice and had a lovely view but the main reason we love the place so much is the 5 star food and the lovely Sharon who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and the great craic you can have with her .My only problem I have with the hotel is the bar staff they never know who is doing what and definitely not as friendly as Sharon but apart from the that I would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed here for 1 night . It was our third time here and the rooms have been refurbished and the general appearance of the hotel is very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and warm with loads of tea and coffee provided. Had food in the bar which was fine but main issue is the lack of atmosphere in the bar ....surely some background music would be beneficial.....overall a nice friendly hotel but the bar experience needs sorted
