This is an incredible resort for both families & couples. The rooms are very large with spacious balconies to sit outside, relax & enjoy the views of the lake. The beds are comfortable, food was delicious & the staff were superb & very attentive. We ate our meals on our balcony because the main restaurant & pool were under going renovations. The staff lit up their fire pit each night for us to relax & enjoy the view. We were there in low season & had the resort to ourselves. It was so quiet & peaceful. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious vacation spot.

A nice lodge not too far off the Kibale National Park and the Bigodi Swamps. A relaxing lounge invites you to overlook the Crater Lake. A nice big pool overlooks the lake as well. The food was tasty and the room was huge with a big verandah. There are also smaller double storyrooms.

Very lovely. The view is stunning, and the people who work there were kind and helpful. I stayed in one of the bungalows with an incredible view of the lake — the room was large and the bed was comfortable, with proper netting. The food was very good — I appreciated that they were happy to offer local food options, and I enjoyed them all. I was ready to move in.

The views are spectacular! It was so pretty and quiet... the room was beautiful, bed very comfortable and the hot water bottles were very much appreciated when it was unexpectedly cooler than i anticipated! Food was absolutely sublime as were the staff. One of our favourite stays in Uganda and would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Incredible lodge with beautiful views over the crater lake. Our room and balcony was such a special place to spend an afternoon after visiting Kibale National Park. The service was fantastic and the food the best we ate in Uganda (thanks to the chef Felix).

Wonderful, memorable lodge located right near the park. Highly recommend staying here. The food is outstanding. The staff is kind and welcoming - especially Yosun - and the views are extraordinary. Loved our accommodations.

I love the view. I love the position he's in. She was nice at meals. A great concept was prepared for lighting a fire and for the sohpets. Eveythink was perfect fot us. And all were very polite. Maybe one day ı can came again here.. there were perfect flower…

Crater Safari Lodge Kibale was the best hotel we have stayed in our Africa Safari Trip. The lake, the pool, the restaurant and the staff was Amazing. Of course the firepit too, which we really enjoyed for 2 nights stay there. They even upgraded my room for free :)

If you are into ‘waking with a view’, check out this one. Every lodge overlooks a gorgeous crater lake, which you can access via a staircase to enjoy the sunsets. The main hall for diner is nicely decorated and the nearby campfire provides a romantic touch in the evening. You will be greeted and served by amazing staff and chefs that know their trade. The pool was a bit chilly but worth to visit on a sunny afternoon. Furthermore, the location of this lodge is perfect if you are going to track chimps and the crew provides tasty takeaway lunch boxes.
