This hotel is very well located. close to everything. Great restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and I felt that I received more than I was expecting.

There should be a solution for car parking. Maybe an agreement between the hotel and the parking authorities for their customers, if you want more tourists to visit Burgos. I paid18.50 EUR overnight. Regarding the hotel staff and facility were very good thanks to Estafany at the teveption she was very helpful have some insights and some direction. The hotel is lively lots of people in the cafe . I am glad that we visited Burgos and for sure will consider Hotel Centro Los Braseros in the future. Thanks Estafany.

This hotel is well situated, a short walk to the old town, cathedral and bars and restaurants. Secure car parking (which the hotel advised) was €16,95 in a local underground car park. The hotel didn't have a special car parking rate! I have stayed in a lot of 3* hotels and this felt more like a 2* in some respects. There wasn't a proper reception, just a desk. Although the room was modern with a big window the bathroom wasn't tiled (unusual for Spain). The sofa in front of the window was shabby and breakfast was very basic.

This hotel is in a great location in Burgos. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the amazing cathedral and a multitude of bars, bustling squares and lovely restaurants. We stayed in a family room that was spacious, clean and well equipped. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss and there was no view from the window making the room a little dark. The breakfast was Ok but there were limited hot options and what was there (scrambled eggs) was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is three star hotel and priced accordingly - expect a 3 star experience.

We got a nicely renovated room with a double and a queen-size bed. In the evening we didn't have warm water, but don't know why. In the morning that was fine again. We could deposit our luggage before we left the other day and got a special rate in the nearby parking garage. I cannot say much more, as we only stayed for one night. Reception in the evening could not speak English, the one in the morning could, which we much appreciated.

I worked in the hospitality industry for 10 years. If this is a "3-star hotel" then I'd hate to see what a 2 or 1 star hotel is. Who gave them 3 stars? There is not even a concierge or manager onsite, but rather a young desk agent and servers running the hotel with zero management experience. I ordered a salad from the hotel restaurant and 20 minutes later, still hadn't received it. When I inquired where it was, I was told that there was only one person working in the restaurant kitchen. A 3 star hotel with only one person working in the restaurant's kitchen? I don't think so. They had zero ability to remedy the situation but could only make excuses. I watched people that ordered after I receive hot food, but the kitchen couldn't even put out a cold salad in a timely fashion. If this is a "3-star hotel", then I'll stay in a Motel 6 and still get better service.
