An unexpected good surprise awaited us at The Village. We knew it was close to the beach ,shops, small supermarket, Bowling Club bistro, and great coffee shops and had a small pool with hotpool. We didn't appreciate how spacious would be the unit with modern comfortable furniture and all the modern kitchen and laundry facilities you would appreciate on holiday. An added bonus was the secure underground parking next to our unit. We had a great relaxing holiday. We can recommend this complex to all.

The location is great, walking distance to all the best things in Burleigh Heads & tenants were kind & respectful. After much contemplation though I regrettably have given The Village apar**ents a 1star due to the behaviours of the male manager. I found him to be arrogant & upon expressing my distaste for him with permanent tenants I was shocked to hear of the dramas they've experienced in the past year since he'd taken over. Reading his replies to the most recent google reviews further prove to me it isn't a one off incident & this man is indeed inadequate at his job & uses bully tactics to intimidate tenants & guests. Until management changes I would not recommend staying at The Village.

The location and ammenities and staff were fabulous Pool facilities great. The apar**ent was spacious The airconditioning was polluted with cigarette smell and the dishwasher smelled foul despite running it through a number of times. The apar**ent had rubbish left behind under the coffe table

Very kind and friendly staff. Excellent location close to shops, cafes and the beach. Free on-site parking. Excellent ammenities in the apar**ent. Very secure and safe. Easy to connect to wifi at a small cost.

The property was excellent, it was a shame that we didn’t book directly with them as we would I’d saved a few hundred dollars. Wotif promoted a deal but in reality it would of been much better to book with the village. Next time book directly with the accommodation place. You are a rip off wot if, I’m really disappointed with how much you can rip people off. The accommodation was excellent though.
