Indigo Blue

The Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the facilities were well maintained. A bit pricy for the type accommodation you pay for! Only bad thing was the excess number to rules. Rules like, you have to dry off before you get out of the outdoor spa! Guests could not park in the front carpark at all though sign at the park said to “not park overnight”. If you are a family with kids, you feel like you will walking around on egg shells! Better to look for a place where you can relax and not worry that you will be breaking rules!!

The apar**ent was perfect from the time we stepped in with amazing views over the beach from the whole living area. 3 bedrooms was great for the 4 of us. Very clean apar**ent. Would definitely come back.

Apar**ents was really nice - very clean and comfortable and lots of space for a family of 4 with two big teenagers. Fantastic view and easy walking to Burleigh or by car out on to Gold Coast Highway to get anywhere. Coles and Aldi within walking distance. You do need to supply everything (e.g.had to get toilet paper as 4 rolls wasn't enough for our 5 nights stay) but it is an apar**ent so to be expected. Thanks - would definitely stay again.

Overall an excellent stay, staff were so accommodating, and great location. Will defenitely be returning in the future

Wonderful 5 days at Burleigh at Indigo Blue - 3 bedroom apar**ent! Great accommodation and views were magical on the 8th floor. Outdoor area was great with tennis, basketball hoop, spa (hot) for winter - and BBQ area for dinner one night had everything including outdoor fridge. Walk across the road to beach easy walk on esplanade to eateries & son could roller skate out front. Will definitely be back plenty of room for family!

We recently have a fantastic family holiday at Indigo Blue the location is great a short walk to the Main Street , surf clubs, supermarkets and a patrolling beach across the road. Excellent facilities with extremely well maintained grounds you can tell the staff take pride in the complex. Reception team were extremely welcoming and also provided us with some little hidden spots in the back streets of Burleigh. We will definitely be returning

Indigo Blue had been my one away from home for years. Managers coming and going. Now in place contractors with no knowledge of hospitality, rude, no manners of any kind, building dirty, in three weeks staying my apar**ent was served once . Hardly nobody at the reception. Tony and Kate mad my staying very unpleasant. No even a goodbye or thank you or we hope to see you again... Nothing after nearly four weeks of staying. Terrible. Avoid this place e unless they go away. They are contractors, hopefully it will return to its glory. Body corporate should address complaints and deal with those people who call themselves managers.

Recently stayed 7 nights here and loved every minute fantastic apar**ent with great views ( storm was amazing) facilities are spot on kids loved the pool, staff extremely friendly and helpful with great recommendations in and around Burleigh. We will be back

Our poor experience here started with late receipt of after hours check-in details. They were sent 2 hours before our arrival via a text with only a mobile number in the advice line. We arrived at the front door with two small children and no means of entering the building. We called the after hours emergency number but did not receive a return call for 2 hours. In the meantime another guest arriving after hours allowed us to enter the building. By chance the manager passed by and helped us into the lift. No attempt to help us to our apar**ent even though it was obvious we could use some help with 4 bags and two very small children We found our way to apar**ent 39 on the 16th floor. It was spacious and ideal for 2 adults and 2 small children but it was very tired and in need of a lot of maintenance In the main bedroom none of the 4 windows could be opened because the winders were jammed having been affected by salt air. Windows in the kitchen area were similarly affected. The light on the air extractor above the cooktop did not work and the filter was blocked (rusted out). The rubbish tin in the kitchen had not been cleaned and did not have a liner inserted. The utensil drawers were grubby and items randomly scattered. The basic items left in the bathrooms and on the kitchen bench were very basic indeed and one would have expected better given the price tag of $360 per night. One other example of poor service occurred 1 day before our arrival. I called and asked if there were beach towels available. I was told No bring your own. Most other places we have stayed on the Gold coast have towels to rent. Not here yet it promotes itself as a 5 star resort All of the issues outlined were relayed to the managers who seemed disinterested in hearing about them. Didn't even say sorry nor did they ask at any time. How is everything?. How was your stay?. Free market research which anyone in hospitality should avail themselves of We won't be back
