I have had really good time staying in this hotel. Facility, staffs & service are above expectation. Although I have one tiny little issue, which is only have one charging station. Obviously there are more EVs in Vancouver these day so, it would be a lot more convenient for EV drivers. At the end thanks for the hospitality!

The hotel located in the centre of Burnaby, you can get whatever you need within walking distance. There is a small pantry area in the room equipped with a small sink, microwave and some dinning ware.

Hotel is located across a Chinese Mall with lots of eating options. The room comes with a simple cooking facility and utensils where you can bake a simple meal. Breakfast comes with basic items like pastries, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juice, coffee. There are 3 hot breakfast items got rotated daily which got bored easily.

Great room and patient service are appealing me to live in! If you are in burnaby and enjoy the prosperous there, element could always be your choice!

整體上來說這家飯店很不錯。地點很好在Metrotown購物中心斜對面。附近有力晶廣場跟一堆好吃的餐廳，完全可以滿足中國胃。如果怕吵鬧的人這邊可能晚上會吵一點，時常可以聽到警車或是救護車的聲音。房間很乾淨沒什麼可以挑剔的。

公寓式酒店，交通便利周邊吃喝逛街都很便利，天車走路幾分鐘。早餐很不錯，房間乾淨衞生隔音效果很好，床也睡的很舒服。

飯店check in 的櫃台人員態度非常差，像是剛剛失戀還是我要去跟她借錢一樣，從頭到尾都沒正眼看過我ㄧ眼，住了6個晚上，但是它們打掃是每隔一天，所以第二天第四天有來清潔，到了第六天中午剛好我們退房，所以住了六天只有清潔兩次。雖然位置很好，出入方便，對面就是麗晶廣場吃東西非常方便、便宜，但是說真的，以後我不會再去住了。
