We came here as a first visit to Bursa- this hotel is in an absolutely stunning location , just a few minutes walk from all the shops , cafes , bakerys. The hotel is beautifully designed and rich in history linked to the silk road (ipekyolu) We loved our time here , and Mustafa - a staff member- helped us in every way that he could. Thank you so much for making it such a cosy and enjoyable stay , we loved it here. Çok teşekkür ederiz!!!

Selim Onerli , Burak and front desk team were absolutely amazing. They are so customer centric and offered impeccable hospitality during our stay. Nothing is too much for them - oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast staff they are all one amazing team The B Loft is the best hotel ever in Bursa, I would not exchange it for any other hotel. The entire compliment of team is absolutely amazing and nothing is ever too much for them. Well done and keep up the great work, your absolute care for the customers. I made a reservation on the internet before I left İzmir. I left İzmir and I reached the location at 21:00 p.m., but they said free parking. I wanted to ask the parking place on the ground because I was a foreigner, not an open description. Come on, my friend, I got to answer. I canceled the reservation and I had to come to another hotel. This is a very cruel and inquality. It's a place that shouldn't be left.

Çok da büyük bekletilerle gitmediğim bu otelde tahmin ettiğimin çok ötesinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle aile odaları çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparız diye düşünürken otel kahvaltısının da ***et yeterli olduğunu görüp otelde yaptık. Kahvaltıya inerken temizlik yazısını kapıya asmıştım, yukarı çıktığımda oda temizlenmişti bile. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Çok memnun kaldık.

The price is cheap, just EUR75.60 per night for 3 rooms, so you need to adjust your expectations accordingly. I would have given the hotel 5 bubbles -- great central location, it has a lift (a novelty in Turkey), breakfast included, towels and bed linens are spotless clean and hot water all day long. However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. We complained to the receptionist, he came to the room and tried in futility to convince us the AC was IN FACT working but it was warm because it was summer. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.

The standard triple room is awful. Restroom/shower is an extension to the building. It was quite cold there. The floor slope is wrong. Therefore water of the shower floods the floor near toilet. Ancient furniture. The receptionist was a nice guy. He allowed to leave our bags between checking out and further checking in. WiFi coverage is unacceptable in the room. The WiFi coverage was acceptable in the hall.

There is not much to say about this place except I will not stay there for 2nd time. The room was smelly (cigarette smoke) although we requested for non smoking floor. We need to open the window to get rid of the smell but it was located above main busy road, and guest the noise from vehicles and temperature outside at that time was sub zero. The breakfast was contracted to a in-house restaurant Simit Sarayi but we get set breakfast (no choice) everyday. Imagine for 5 days eating simit & bread! We have to pay for any extra such as orange juice. But not all bad, as the location right at the centre of Bursa and close to busy shopping area such as Kaza Han. The front desk guys are also very friendly and helpful.

A 3-star hotel situated in strategic location just meters away from Ulu Camii, within very short walking distance of ”çarşıler” and ”hanlar”, 30 minutes walking from Muradiye Kulliyesi, and easy public transportation to go everywhere in Bursa include to Telefrik. The hotel has certificate of safe tourism and clean. Basic Turkish breakfast served in plate, friendly staff especially Orhan Bey. In the reception there is a mini coffee shop with superb filter coffee (better than Starbucks!). Many kebap and iskender restaurants around but for vegetarian like me, just one block away there is Şehir Lokantası with vegetarian options. The only cons is the single room has neighbor's wall view.

GGuest UserThe hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. If you are around here, I'll definitely recommend.
