Theme rooms in detailed decor of each room when I got to experience two different rooms for two night staying by making two different reservations was great adventure.. loved old stylish dialing phones, though didn't get to call anywhere to dial out.. ^&^
Definitely showed proudly they care with heart and that carried down to maintaining quality level of cleaning. ^&^

Çok da büyük bekletilerle gitmediğim bu otelde tahmin ettiğimin çok ötesinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Öncelikle aile odaları çok geniş ve tertemizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu. Kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparız diye düşünürken otel kahvaltısının da ***et yeterli olduğunu görüp otelde yaptık. Kahvaltıya inerken temizlik yazısını kapıya asmıştım, yukarı çıktığımda oda temizlenmişti bile. Mis gibi kokuyordu. Çok memnun kaldık.

Selim Onerli , Burak and front desk team were absolutely amazing. They are so customer centric and offered impeccable hospitality during our stay. Nothing is too much for them - oh and I forgot to mention the breakfast staff they are all one amazing team The B Loft is the best hotel ever in Bursa, I would not exchange it for any other hotel. If you are coming to Bursa to visit the historic centre of this city, the first capital of the Ottomans, Kitap Evi is where you want to stay. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you will want to see, from the Green Mosque to the Panorama 1326 to the Muradiye complex, and yet its position perched in the citadel of the old city means that it is away from the noisy streets below. The staff are lovely and patient, the rooms comfortable and individual—no cookie-cutter mass tourism here—and the restaurant is so good that locals apparently use it for romantic special occasions. We witnessed several birthday celebrations and, we believe, a proposal. I have stayed there twice in five years and if I get the chance to visit Bursa a third time I will go back to Kitap Evi again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables.
I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people.
Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

There are two large hot spring pools. The temperature is slightly warm at 40 ℃. Although it is a little far from the center (Kozahan and Urjamy), there is no problem if you use a taxi (about 20 lira) or Dolmush. There are many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

MMona miIt was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

SSitiFStayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonIt's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

GGuest UserThe standard triple room is awful. Restroom/shower is an extension to the building. It was quite cold there. The floor slope is wrong. Therefore water of the shower floods the floor near toilet. Ancient furniture. The receptionist was a nice guy. He allowed to leave our bags between checking out and further checking in. WiFi coverage is unacceptable in the room. The WiFi coverage was acceptable in the hall.

AAliuysal12I visited the hotel around 5-6, there was always a problem with prices and cleaning. We came here by chance. The cleaning is very beautiful in terms of both location and rooms, the staff's relationship with the rose face is more important than all. At the same time, the prices are appropriate. If you are around here, I'll definitely recommend.
