Location is near the park where you can watch the sunset! Train station is walkable distance but best to take the free shuttle provided. Not much food options available so best is to buy at the city before heading back. Bottled water is not provided unfortunately but they give complimentary sparkling wine

The breakfast just very normal compare to the offer by crown metropol, and room is also smaller, amenities are also must smaller.

Cosy refurbished hotel despite being an older Crown property. V decent and near metro, nice toiletries too

Free upgrade to Metropol which is bigger hotel and better amenities. The hotel is like a resort combined with many hotels, restaurants and ****** owned by Crown, it feels like you are in a different city. Most importantly it provides free carpark (outdoor). Would love to comeback again.

Had great and smooth experiences. The staffs are friendly, attentive, helpful, kind and polite! All my enquiries and concerns are addressed accordingly professionally and promptly. The room we get is clean and our view is pretty good. Overall very satisfied and will definitely return here again.

Great location and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit. One of the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to check me in early as well.
