Good:
1. Staffs are nice.
2. Location is ok, about 7 minutes walk from metro station.
3. No smoking smell at all, and actually the smell in the hotel made us feel good.
4. Breakfast is great and they'll change some dishes every day (we stayed for 4 nights).
5. It's very quiet, sound insulation is good. Didn't remember hearing noise outside from the corridor.
6. Our room is very spacious, and worth the money.
7. Acceptable price if need to postpone the checkout time.
Can be improved:
1. The bathtub gets clogged easily, even picked up the hair, it was still a little bit clogged.

Close to station and department store. However, toilet is smelly and get wet after shower. More importantly, the air conditioning is extremely noisy.

Location quite difficult to find, even though we understand that other people are able to find within minutes.
Staff not able to speak well English, but they still trying hard to help the guest, which is good. No microwave, only available in their office, so if need, will have to pass them ur food to heat up.
Near the hotel there is this bbq meat very nice, must try.

We took the MRT to Seomyeon station and have difficult to navigate the naver map, not as easy to find and we walked a round the pockets of building and finally manage to find the hotel. Would be good if the hotel is able to provide more directions in finding the hotel location.
We did not ask for make up room as our stay was short. The room auntie gesture was nice to leave clean towels outside our room doors for us to use.
Some counter staff wasn’t able to converse much in English, may need to use Papago app for translation.
Overall the room is clean but pillow could be abit flat. The bathroom that we had, there was no bathtub, which is good, and their shower gel and body gel was good

Location is convenient to find as it’s opp lotte hotel but distance to subway is not that near overall acceptable. Basic room amenities however I would like to praise hotel staff, speak good English and helpful. when we asked for coin laundry, staff even guide us to location…

A decent hotel in the center of Busan. Nothing special from facilities or in the room. Just a budget hotel for a short trip. There are plenty of choices for dining and shopping within walking distance.
