I had a pleasant experience during my stay at De’ Garden Hotel. The self-service check-in and check-out kiosk made the process seamless and convenient, which I appreciated.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist, including helping with entry to the building.
The parking facilities were guest-friendly and accessible, and the cleanliness of the lifts and the availability of a water dispenser for both hot and cold water were thoughtful touches.
I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which were spotless.
However, there were a few aspects that could be improved.
1) The soundproofing in the room was less than ideal, as I could hear noises from outside the room and vice versa, which affected the overall tranquility.
2) Additionally, the air conditioner appeared to need maintenance.
As someone who values cleanliness, I noticed some dust in the filter, and I would recommend scheduling regular air conditioner cleaning every two months,
particularly if the units are heavily used.
3) Lastly, the door closures were quite loud, which could easily disturb light sleepers or children.
Addressing this would enhance the overall guest experience.
Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall stay at De’ Garden Hotel was enjoyable, and I look forward to seeing these improvements in the future.
