Under the current circumstances of Covid-19 being rampant in Byron Bay I didn’t want to risk taking my 6 month old baby who is unvaccinated. They were completely unaccommodating even when they acknowledge that Covid is everywhere in Byron. I asked if they would be kind enough to offer me a credit so we can use the accommodation at a later time. They refused. They weren’t even interested in discussing the matter in further detail. Do not book here.

Worst place I have ever stayed. The whole place is unmaintained & need heaps of TLC. Shame as it’s a great location with obviously disinterested owners. Rooms not really clean, taps drip, tv & air conditioning poor!! Free wifi non-existent. No hair dryer, no cutlery, no plates, doors falling off hinges, not much going for it at all. Keep driving past!!
