No café da manha o cafe estava gelado devido a garrafa térmica estar ruim. Fiquei 3 dias tomando café gelado. O café da máquina é horrível.

Hotel perfeito, todo mundo disposto a ajudar e receber muito bem. Café da manhã deixa a desejar sim, mas é perto de tudo. Tem mercado e farmácia em frente, qualquer tipo de loja. 2 km do canal de Cabo Frio, pode ir andando. E a Praia do Forte pode ir de uber, ou de carro.... que é bem perto. Ou se você gosta de uma caminhada, vale a pena. Mc donalds, restaurantes bons... inclusive se quiserem sair pra jantar a Rua Porto Alegre é o melhor destino.

first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job.

Gostei bastante da nossa estadia.
Do atendimento, café da manhã e limpeza não tenho nenhuma queixa.
Praia, Supermercado, Farmacia e bancos próximo.
A noite fomos no bairro da passagem para um jantar romântico.
O único ponto desfavorável é não ter estacionamento, conseguimos estacionar num estacionamento próximo sem custo.

Funcionários super atenciosos e solícitos, os melhores que já interagi. Achamos o quarto (PcD) pequeno.
Único defeito é a falta de estacionamento.

Gostamos muito de tudo. Localização muito boa com farmácia em frente e bom comércio. Estacionamos em frente. Piscina na cobertura muito boa. Café da manhã com frutas pães e sucos. Voltaremos breve
