The front desk person was very friendly and courteous. There were some confusions at the restaurant. We made a reservation at 8:30 pm. When we arrived, they could only seat us at the terrace. Since it was noisy outside, we requested to sit indoors. They said they had to clean first. That took till after 9pm. Once we were seated, the food was ok. Please remember the restaurant personnel did not speak English so it would be very helpful if the guests spoke Spanish. Maybe there would have been less confusions. The breakfast was great. The insulation was so good even though noisy outside as the rooms facing the noisy bars below. I agree with other writers regarding stench smells due to sewage. Nothing you can do about it as this is an old city. Who knows how the sewage system works? The parking is 5 minutes away and the hotel staff will direct you. Overall, ok experience.

It was a perfect stay! The hotel was recently renovated and no expense was spared. After living in Spain for 32 years, this is the first hotel I have stayed at that treated me like a valued guest. The room was beautiful with little terrace and the bathroom was incredible with high quality La Chinata (made with EVOO) soaps, conditioners, shampoos and hand and body creams. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which I mentioned in passing, and they surprised us with a little bottle of cava and a note and some chocolates. They even called when we were on the road to tell us about some construction taking place, and suggesting a better route through the city. The recepcionist was like a world class concierage service and was so helpful and friendly. Also, the value for money is top notch. It really was the best hotel experience I have had in Spain! Location also perfect by the way! I can't wait to go back. Perfect perfect stay, could not be happier!

Difficult to find .parking at least 800m away(public)below average breakfast, no buffet ,eggs,etc( poor value) lovely room not even a drink available at 4pm when we arrived! Staff were friendly and helpful

Hübsches Hotel in der Altstadt von Caceres. Wurde erst letztes Jahr eröffnet in einem sanierten Palazzo. Geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet Großzügige Zimmer. Sehr freundlicher Service. Einziger Nachteil die zur Straße liegenden Zimmer sind sehr laut. Man hört den Strassenlärm bis 4 Uhr Morgens.

Es una excelente opción para disfrutar Cáceres, la ubicación es excelente.

Al hacer uso del servicio de desayuno, la escasez de la oferta es lo más destacado, además de la ignorancia del personal a las peticiones del servicio, y sus malas contestaciones con directas de las que el cliente no tiene por qué enter****, así como que llegaron a decirnos improperios tales como maleducados y groseros, después de una buena espera para un café y un zumo. Tras esta situación, acudimos al bar del hotel, el cual, después de abonar la consumición, la quisieron cobrar por duplicado en el check out teniendo que mostrar el justificante de pago con la app bancaria. El personal me pareció muy poco profesional.
