Premier Inn Caerphilly Crossways

The room was absolutely spotless!! Fantastic service from the front staff always there when I needed something. Always a pleasure staying here always recommend family and friends to book this hotel! Had the best nights sleep in a long time!

Each time I’m at Caerphilly Crossways it is always a pleasant experience. An easy check in process, receptionists very helpful and friendly. Room as always is clean and tidy, nothing is ever too much of an ask to the team. They are always ready to help.

Fantastic service and room was clean. Upon check in the receptionist was friendly and informative. The room was well cleaned and presented. It was a fantastic stay overall and I look forward to returning in the future. Restaurant was also good.

Staying here over October half term, 2 adults, 2 kids agars 12 and 9. We arrived quite late after a long drive but managed to park in the free car park ok and were welcomed by polite and professional staff. We were in room 3. It was clean and big enough(just) for the four of us. There was shower gel, towels coffee, tea, milk, hair dryer in the room and extra pillows too. The room did get very hot and despite keeping the window open and having a fan on in the room, we struggled to keep the temperature down. Beds were super comfy and clean. TV and WiFi worked fine but there were no usb sockets so you will need usb plugs. The hotel is next to brewers fayre, McDonald’s and costa coffee, 15-20min walk will get you to the castle with a selection of local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and you can order porridge too. The furniture and carpets are looking very worn in the brewers fayre but it was clean and the staff were also very kind. I recommend this place for those on a budget looking for a hotel with good location, price and cleanliness.

Another comfy night's sleep at this hotel. We always choose this hotel when in the Caerphilly area. It's central for most places such as the Brecon Beacons, Cardiff, Bike Park Wales, the Rhonnda Valley, etc. Always a friendly welcome from the receptionists who are always happy to help.
