Caesar's Hotel

This hotel was nice and large and the room was very comfortable. The whole place has been neglected. It must have been a wonderful hotel at one time, but now it is very worn looking. The shower in the bathroom was grungy looking. The staff were very accommodating though and quite helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Antonio il maitre è stato gentile in un momento di confusione tra i congressisti all ora del pranzo. Molto spesso il numero dei comensali8 non viene comunicato in maniera esatta dall organizzatore del congresso. Dopo un attesa di un ora dimenticate da tutti, abbiamo preso posto al bar dell hotel.

Pessimo, personale scortese, stanze decadenti, peggiori di un hotel a 1 stella . Ho soggiornato in hotel per una notte per la partecipazione a un corso di aggiornamento, da non ripetere , rapporto qualità prezzo inesistente, costosissimo rispetto a struttura fatiscente, qualità del servizio . Vedere nella foto condizione del pavimento della camera, per non parlare del mobilio, prezzo spropositato per una camera in condizioni del genere

Recensione solo per hotel perché il ristorante è fantastico, altissima qualità, servizio eccellente , pesce di livello altissimo e ottimo rapporto prezzo wuakita L’hotel purtroppo non può continuare a vantare 4 stelle. Non pubblico le foto dello scempio della camera per non spaventare nessuno ma la struttura deve ristrutturare completamente. Fosse solo il vecchiume passerebbe ma la stanza era sporchissima.

La struttura è vecchia e lo dimostra. Le camere sono piccole e l'arredo degli anni 70 (e chi si ricordava la radio integrata nella testata del letto con i comandi di accensione delle luci di una volta). In compenso è abbastanza vicino al centro, in zona tranquilla e ha un ristorante interno fantastico. Grandi piatti di pesce di qualità eccelsa. Conviene alloggiare in mezza pensione per approfittare del ristorante a prezzo ridotto. Il ristorante è aperto anche ad esterni.
