Just returned from a lovely week in Cala Mallor. The hotel was outstandingly clean, the service staff were always seen to be busy polishing! The waiting and food service staff were friendly and professional. My room was a large double for my solo use, it had a marvellous balcony which wrapped around the corner of the hotel. The shower was phenomenal! 12 out of 10! Towels were large and spotlessly white, as was the bedding. The bed was very comfy and faced a wall mounted TV which I could cast my Netflix and Prime channels onto. That was very impressive! I went half board, and the breakfasts were spot on. Loads of choice in cooked or continental. Even bottles of Cava opened for bucks fizz! The evening meal was again buffet style. Usually a grilled fish or meat. A couple of casserole dishes. Rice, potatoes, a couple of vegetables. Loads of salad. The desserts were poor as there were only small cakes to choose from or fruit. The hotel was ideal, on the seafront, near a large choice of restaurants.

As a group of 5 ladies we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. It was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. All of them were fabulous but a special mention to Ismale in the bar. The staff did not bat an eyelid when we somewhat assisted with the entertainment! At this time of year there was only a singer on Friday and Sunday evenings. The hotel is ideally situated with excellent views. The loungers at the front infinity pool are very comfy but you did need to queue from around 9.00am to secure one. I am gluten free and emailed in advance then let them know on arrival. They did provide bread (a bit hard) and cereals and small cakes at breakfast only and placed them next to the wheat / corn plants which isn't ideal. There is also no separate toaster and no bread at meals so take your own. Also none of the meals are labelled as sin gluten so if you are celiac you would need to ask. No gluten free beer option either. All in all I would recommend this hotel and we all agreed we would visit again.

Apart from the food, which isn’t bad but could Improve, this hotel is perfect. Every staff member would literally bend over backwards for you and they’re so polite. It’s the perfect spot between Cala Millor and Cala Bona, with wonderful walks both north and south. Highly recommend the Syrtaki Greek restaurant 5 mins away to accommodate for the food but apart from that downfall the hotel and staff are amazing and I can’t wait to come visit again. Also, the views from the first floor pool/lounge area are amazing!

nice hotel everthing in walking distance one way caa millor then cala bona food not the best breakfast great would recomend bed and breakfast or half board i agree with other reviews no privacy using bathroom or shower in the room strange setup hotel staff lovely nice clean hotel cleaners do a good job no labels on any food so dont know what your eating

We are here now the hotel is in a fantastic location and spotlessly clean The spa is amazing we had a couples massage, wrap and body scrub it was fantastic Aida and Andrea were fabulous We are B & B breakfast was plentiful and great choices Restaurants start within 1 minute of the hotel There is a bus stop 10 minutes walk away which takes you to Porto Cristo and Cala rejada the lovely people on reception can give you a timetable and tell you where the nearest bus stop is .

Where do I start…. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is more or less clean however, the rooms are not deep cleaned at all. We had stains on our bed sheets and the towels had stains after we asked to change them. The food is very bland and not the traditional Spanish food you’d get, something needs to be changed. There’s no labels for foods so you never know what you’re eating. All inclusive doesn’t exist here, the cocktails are not included you have to pay extra for nearly everything. You also have to pay extra to use the spa. It is true what the other reviews say wish we didn’t book this hotel. There are nice restaurants around the area so you won’t be disappointed, I’d only recommend this for Bed & breakfast. None of the staff speak English (not even the basic how are you? Or how’s the food), the bar staff are very nice. The pools are cold, hopefully they heat up soon. The pool area on first floor only gets opened at 9:30 when we were here so if it’s still the same be prepared as they get taken quickly. Hope this helps anyone looking to book

They did a nice job of renovating this hotel from the family run one it used to be. However, unless you're very open minded with your travelling companions you might want to think twice about the open plan bathrooms. I don't want my partner/friends to observe me taking my ablutions. Much prefer a separate, private bathroom. For this reason alone I would not stay again.

Very enjoyable stay, small friendly hotel, good food, good clean rooms and excellent staff. Gabriel what a joy behind the bar, no matter how busy he was, always the best 🥂 Had a great surprise on my birthday with no hints, a nice bottle of Cava waiting on my return to my room after a hard day's sunbathing 😎 Nice touch!!

The location of the hotel is superb, it is right in the middle between Calla Millor and Cala Bona so a nice short walk either way. There was no entertainment at this hotel, although I believe it does have later in the season, while we missed having something in the evenings, I guess there is a need for quieter hotels, unusually enough there a cold snap when we were there, so going out wasn't always pleasent, thats where it would have been nice to have more than just piped music in the main bar, you will be given a room card on arrival, this is also what gets you your all inclusive drinks etc, snacks during the day were very poor, sokfast, me pastries, donuts left from breakfast, crisps were were available, but everything is charged to the card! The hotel was generally very clean, the rooms were light and modern, and the beds the most comfortable ones I have every encountered in 30+ years of going to Spain. Shame they don't utilise the power of the sun to heat the 2 pools, they were freezing! and nobody used them, it seems such a waste of time having them there. Not sure I would go back to this hotel, but really it is not because there is anything wrong with it, but just not for us.
