Stayed here for 4 nights 12 May Loveley clean hotel rooms are spacious and clean we had a ground floor appartment which was right next to pool..i found all staff friendly and helpful i can't comment on the food as we ate out we were SC...short walk to cala egos which there are plenty of bars and restaurants (tiki bar do lovely cocktails) a nice stroll to the harbour and into cala dor town plush there is a lovely little beach with a beach bar 5 minutes away from hotel

Twice now I have stayed here we love it going back October for our 3rd visit. You feel welcome from the time you get there staff very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Rooms are always clean entertainment staff remember us to they make us laugh 24 /7. It's like going home love the place. Can't wait to see you all October Lisa

Nice cheap getaway in a really good location, lots of shops and things to do, there is a train/bus or Ting Ting as we call it that takes you into Cala D’Or which I really recommend but the €5 ‘return’ route is in fact not return, save yourself money and get the €3.50 each way Bolero is the cheaper side so we wasn’t expecting amazing but the showers are awful, you either get boiling hot or freezing cold, no in between so if you’re staying here use the shower next to the gym!! 100x better than the showers in the apartment, got all you need here for all ages, good entertainment, food is what you expect for what you pay, no one would go hungry. I would stay here again if they fix the shower issue

Room was handy to lift and very neat and clean. But if you need a sun bed or want to sit by Any POOL get up at 7 am . All sun beds with towels on and people then sit on grass ect . First come policy and it don’t help disabled people at all . Shame as most sun beds have towels on but no bodies.

Currently here last day to be honest you get what you pay for it’s clean and gas standard amenities main pool is lovely it is a pain fighting for sun beds at 10am people camp out in their chairs waiting you can hire a private one for €20 which we done the all inc bar is by smaller pool other side of hotel so pain to keep walking around food is awful me and my daughter never moan about food this is the first place I’m living on chips n bread pasta don’t even smell right the chicken last night was pink no thanks staff are basic I wouldn’t say they are over helpful very standard the one girl behind counter very good english pretty think she might be in charge helped me for my daughters birthday she arranged a cake n Prosecco when I previously asked they told me no nothing they can do so least she made the effort goes along way xx rooms are nice everything u need modern bathroom in a less modern apartment lol We was all inclusive but still brought pizza from the none inclusive restaurant it was beautiful I highly recommend you get 20% off if all inclusive pain as I thought it should be included Grounds are clean and looked after Location is perfect 👍 by the small beach which is clear and sand immaculate hotel surround by shops n restaurants supermarket so u can buy water first place I have known to not provide water park is falling apart the ladders have snapped to get on slide swings are so high even I had to jump up all wood rotting away not safe at all Not many english either Would not recommend small children here no water slide not seen kids clubs or kids disco on late also 8.30 kids enter started! 7.30 dinner starts again small children after playing all day struggle to make it Taxi from airport €80 worth it 100% Overall 5/10 you get what u pay for

We stayed here in October 2023 and would only rate this experience as a 2 star accommodation. Starting with the positives we arrived late after a flight delay at 4am and the check in staff were great showing us to our apartment. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and the beds were reasonable comfy, sheets were changed regularly and towels daily, although they did forget and we had to request a clean from reception. This is where the positives end the apartment had a damp and musty smell all the cupboards and utensils smelt and had be washed and left out to be usable. There is no kettle or small pans to boil water. As a self catering apartment I would expect at least a grill oven or microwave but you get 2 hob rings and a fridge that is all. The air conditioning is a joke. It blows but is not suitable to cool a room even in October would hate to think what this would be like in high season. All the literature from the tour operator said these apartments had full amenities including a hair dryer. This is not the case if you book the ES Belero then you do not get a hair dryer. These can be hired from the hotel at an extortionate cost. BEWARE The hotel is close to some great bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beautiful marina. You get less than what you pay for and we will not be back

The hotel and surrounding area are perfect for a couple - not too near to hear it at night but close enough that’s it’s only a 2 minute from the hotel. What a lovely area too! So much to do and only around a 30 - 35 minute walk from Cala dor containing even more bars and restaurants. The beeches were gorgeous Albeit a bit busy at time but would still recommend. The hotel rooms are great and value for money for sure and the hotel itself is lovely - 3 big pools, plenty of loungers although couldn’t get around to trying the food ourselves but will try for sure next time. Our experience was fantastic and we will deffo be back!

Booked an appartement and you get a CAMPING COT(!!!!), which you have to install on your own..(it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor..) Which shows me straight ahead : They don’t care about you and your vacation! And It’s impossible to sleep anyway: every 1/2 h groups of drunkheads walking and shouting around the pool! Luckily im only here for the night. Would NOT recommend👎👎👎.

We paid extra for a balcony or terrace, there isn’t one. Out of our door across a walkway, under some stairs there was a table and chairs. Apparently that’s the terrace. Terrible drain smell, ants on the work surfaces, light in the bathroom had blown. No hair dryer and none left to rent. No microwave. There is air conditioning which was a nice surprise. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel. I’ve paid less for 4* hotels with all the extras.
