Carema Beach Menorca

It was lovely and clean. The rooms were good size for two people. The views when you stepped outside was beautiful. You have an outdoor bar in the corner. And massive swimming pool. Hotel staff were polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As in the title, the location of the Carema Beach Hotel is perfect. My Wife struggles getting about over short distances but was able to enjoy everything this hotel and its location offers. The hotel is very clean, great rooms and friendly staff. If you are self catering there is a good supermarket over the road. Buffet evening meal is €25 which I think is not bad for 3 courses and the food was good. Great access to the beach, it is €18 for 2 beds and an umbrella. It is €15 deposit per beach towel which is refunded in full. The Marina is a great place for a stroll and has a great choice of restaurants, Chaplins was one of our favourites with great friendly staff. Also a good place to meet people from across Europe. Cappricio’s Italian restaurant is lovely with 2 great characters who run it. We have booked for September. Oh, there is also a great beach bar a minutes walk along the beach.

Fantastic location, 2 mins walk to the Marina. Clean hotel overall however some of the rooms need a little TLC and the cleaning of them can be poor at times, we stayed for a week and the balcony was not swept once in this time. If you are not around the pool not much of a view. Pool area is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds and sitting areas both in the sun and out of the sun. Food a bit hit and a miss in the buffet, good selection but sometimes they have run out or not replenished the food and this was in May when the hotel was around a third full. It is not cheap at €15 an adult. 24 hr reception, the lift is also hit and miss and struggles to move with 2 people in it, it is not clearly signposted as we missed it and had to carry the suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Great supermarket over the road. The pool view rooms have bali beds outside however these do not look as good as in the photos and will add an extra €600 euros on to the price of your room, not sure if they are worth that as some of them are in the shade at some point of the day. Drinks are priced as expected and the cocktails are very good and the hotel has direct access to the beach. All in all a total chilled out stay which we loved and we would definitely stay here again with Cala n Bosch being one of our favourite places we have visted.

These apar**ents really are lovely. Spotlessly clean and look exactly like they do in the photos. All staff are extremely friendly and professional. We ate at the hotel a few times and really enjoyed what we had. The location is fantastic. Direct access to a lovely beach, the Marina with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants is a few minutes walk and there is a supermarket over the road. You really couldn’t ask for a better location. My only tiny ****** was a shortage of electric sockets in the room. Just take an extension lead and problem solved. We did manage to buy one at the Marina. We enjoyed it here so much, we are looking to return in September.

Lovely clean apar**ent. Pleasant friendly staff. Lovely pool and views.In a quiet area,for a relaxing holiday /break. Close to Marina with its multitude of restaurants. Ideal for couples and families with small children. Easy check in and out.

Fantastic hotel, our room had the most amazing views of the pool and beach. We went half board, full English breakfast was amazing and the buffet dinner was just as good with plenty of choice. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in and the housekeeping staff work hard to keep it that way. Will definitely return. Thankyou Carema beach for a lovely stay

The apar**ents are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff both on reception and cleaning are so friendly and helpful. They will always help out where possible, ordering cabs etc. Always ready for a chat when they’re not too busy with other clients.

Positive points Clean apar**ent, quiet hotel, friendly staff, plenty of sunbeds, close to big supermarket and around the corner from the marina and restaurants. The harbour is lovely and restaurants are varied Not so positive A lot of bird poo around the pool area When you arrive they take €100 euro off your debit/credit card as a deposit, not sure how long it takes to refund it once your holiday is over. €15 each person for a loan of a beach towel, when you hand them back they refund you €10 each person If you want a clean beach towel after a few days, they charge you €2 for each towel. €18 euro each person if you want a beach sun lounger €10.5 for a pina colada at the bar €19 buffet breakfast €30 buffet evening meal If you don’t wash the dishes etc after you check out they will charge you See photos of rules from the reception area

Lovely quiet complex with direct access to the beach. Spacious, clean and well equipped apar**ent which was cleaned daily with fresh towels when required. We were a room at the back of the hotel overlooking a small park. We got the sun on our balcony in the morning. Cala n Bosch is a very pleasant resort with a great selection of restaurants around the marina. We enjoyed long walks on the Cami de Cavalls coastal path and took the local bus to Ciutadella.
