Club Simo

Just returned from this hotel with my family of 4 - our first time in Majorca and loved it. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and thought it was lovely, modern and spotless. We didn’t use the main pool/ facilities as we were happy with our little, quiet pool which very rarely had more than 1-2 families around it. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a quick walk to aldi and a 5/10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were always cheerful and would make conversation with our young children at breakfast and if we ever visited the bar. I did see alot of mixed reviews of this hotel and was slightly worried, but it’s what you make of it and considering the price and that it’s 3* it was a lovely, clean apartment and we would stay again! Also wanted to mention we were bed and breakfast and the breakfast buffet had a great variety! Only negative we could think of was there wasn’t a lift in our building so meant we had to carry the pram up stairs, but we didn’t mind. A brilliant base for your holiday and would really recommend :)

I highly recommend Simo Aparthotel. We spent there 14 nights. (2 adults and child - 14 yo) The food was always great, lots of choice and variety. Food delivered on a regular basis, nothing was ever missing. The staff was always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The room and bathroom are clean, impeccable. We just back from our holidays at Club simo. I have to say we had a lovely time there. The staff was super friendly. Food was very good and had a big selection you can find something for everyone. We took half board so i cannot say anything about the lunch an the snack, but breakfast and the dinners were very tasty. Restaurant staff were cleaning the tables all the time, which was bit strange for me at the beginning as I am not used to someone will keep my table clean all the time. when we fined eating something the waiter was taking the empty plate straight away. Have to say reception staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We want to see cuevas del drach (family of 4) so we check many options. We have asked if we can book the trip at the reception (€51 each so €204 in total).The lovely lady at the reception, do not remember her name gave us the map and advice to use public bus which was just 5 minutes away from the hotel and the last stop was just by the cuevas, so you can not missed it and buy just the tickets at the place (advice to buy them online in advance to make sure you on the trip same day and the time you would like) in total for all we paid €62 for the entrance and the return tickets. Cleaning staff - please note there is 5 days in the week cleaning service, which is perfect who need the cleaning of the room on the day of arrival. Even with that our room was clean daily and even on the departure day as we had late check-out (we paid €25 to stay till 4p.m that day)as our flight was late at night. i am glad we could do that so we can put our smallone for a nap as usual. the only minus was the room. I mean the location was good as it was in the main building, but it wasn't renovated and you could get the smell of mould from the build in wardrobe in the bedroom (like in the old damp houses). other then that I will highly recommend the hotel. Close to beach just 5 minutes walking. Aldi is just 3 minutes away. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Close to all the restaurants and bars but not so close so you would have peace and quiet at night, what was what we were looking for.

We had a great stay at the hotel... We love the clean relaxing venue. We didn't have the food included so can't comment on that.. but I can certainly comment on the crew in the kids club.. They were fab.. my son had a blast playing games morning and afternoon.. was fabulous.. a big thank you to Tomasz and the gang who are the real stars of the hotel.

Good all good staff and hotel are fantastic pool food entertainment all are in the best books i woufd recommend this hotel to everyone top star best food best bar staff beutyfull people easy to comunicate

This hotel exceeded exceeded our expectations. Positives: The bar staff and the dining staff are professional, welcoming and friendly. They are always smiling and willing to help. This creates a positive and warm environment throughout the hotel. The food for a 3 star is fantastic. We went All Inclusive and we were beyond impressed! The food was always hot with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and tea. The children were happy with their choices everyday too. For breakfast they had pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns, croissants, yoghurt, fruit etc. For lunch/ tea we had options like salmon, chicken skewers, burgers, fish, chicken nuggets, chips, potatoes, veg, steak etc. The rooms were adequate for what we needed and they were cleaned frequently. The hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to do and plenty of shops in the location and we had lots of fun throughout our stay! The Animation team were fantastic throughout our stay too. They provided lots of games (darts, water polo, shuffle board, shooting, volleyball) etc. to keep the kids and adults entertained! Entertainment at night was okay too! The Animation team put on a fantastic Music Quiz! They also had Flamenco dancers, acrobats, bingo and singers during our stay. For a stay in the middle of August, there are no fights for sun-beds. Even if we headed to the pool at 10am (which is when it opens) there were always 4 sun beds free. What could be better/ tips for arrival? The two pools within the main block are very deep. It is worth bringing a life jacket/ armbands etc for your child if you are anxious or worried about swimming. There are no labels on any of the food choices. This made it a little tricky to know what to choose! Overall, a fantastic stay. Well done Club Simo!

We were Greeted after Midnight by The Night Porter Sebastien, he kindly escorted us to a lovely food Platter and drinks. We were taken to the room & were pleasantly surprised with the Decor & Cleanliness. Rooms were well equipped and had nice rain forest showers. The Breakfast and Evening meals included in the HB package were Fantastic with plenty of choice for all. The restaurant was kept clean and staff were attentive, especially Chef Maria. All outdoor areas were pleasantly landscaped and clean and the pools were clean and well equipped with loungers. It was only a short walk to the local beach and there were ample bars for drinks and food. The Girls enjoyed the shopping. A great time was had by all and we made some Grear friends. Nice hotel in a very good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants (and Aldi). It has good food, plenty of choice for dinners, a bit repetitive breakfasts, and drinks were provided , which was really nice. Apartments were clean and modest, with comfortable beds, but limited.kitchenette equipment (not really for everyday cooking). Small but nice pools, with good sunbeds and with palm trees and green areas, worth getting a room facing the pool, as it gets shade in the afternoons and evening entertainment. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Really nice and good location. There are 4 blocks of apartment accommodation options. We asked in advance to be placed in a room overlooking the pool and evening entertainment and were very luck to get the 3rd floor in Block 1. Room and hotel spotless. Housekeeping lady was so nice and all staff in general from reception to breakfast to poolside entertainment & bar. Pools are very nice but depth is 1.8m and 2.2m - no shallow end in either of the big pools. Baby pool is perfect for young children. Breakfast was really nice with a huge selection. Location great with less than 5 min walk to an amazing beach. Aldi 1 min walk away and restaurants & shops within 3 min walk. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
