Viele kleinere Mängel die eigentlich einmal behoben gehören. Für Pärchen und Familie eher nichts. Für den Partyurlaub oder aber Hauptsache ein Dach überm Kopf okay…

Nice hotel, really good location! Only things that would be better is if there were places to hang wet towels and swimwear... Because they were still wet the next day because we could not hang them out. Also our shower is not working, the rain one. Only the little one works.. but still we love this hotel! The food is different everday and there is airco in the room!

We stayed at this hotel for six nights in total and absolutely loved every moment, we are even thinking of coming back. We have been to many hotels in different countries and always found that the cleaners were not great, here the cleaners came in everyday and made our beds , gave us fresh towels etc and were always very polite. Our room was very spacious had a fridge, English TV and an amazing shower. We had breakfast with our stay and the chefs were accommodating especially when it came to how we requested our omelettes made a certain way, nice variety for food and drinks. All tables were cleaned promptly and always very clean and tidy. Staff were nice enough and helped where possible. The location of the hotel is great, the bus stop is a two minute walk up the road and the beach and bars were also not far at all. Overall was definitely what we were looking for.

The hotel is not 4 star by any means. It was clean and beds made but air con didn’t work even after reporting it. The hot food selection was always cold but managed with salad chips cheese for a 3 night break ok ended up eating out in the evening because of this. The hotel is in the middle of the back and beyond very little in the town to do the beach is lovely though but nothing about in the evening the hotel was full of older local people so didn’t feel very welcome by them or the reception staff the bar staff were pleasant though. Pool is t heated and is all in the shade so was absolutely freezing plenty of sun loungers though and limited cocktail drinks available. Wouldn’t recommend we were 2 friends 40 travelling to relax but just no background noise any where or a**osphere wouldn’t return or recommend.

Not somewhere I would recommend . Not clean and the service is very poor. A/c wasn t working properly. Bedding is poor. Lightening is more suited for an hospital than an hotel room. The restaurant is a canteen and very noisy. How can this be rated 4 stars?? Appalling

The staff are very friendly and helpful, unfortunately that is the only positive. I am vegetarian and the only food option is cheese salad for all 3 meals of the day the hotel is not cheap so I would have thought there would be at least one hot meal but no nothing at all the pizza has meat the pasta sauce has meat even some of the salads have meat mixed in this is so strange and the only place I have ever been with not one single option. Their are only 5 parasols around the pool so its unbearable also its silent, no music not even during meal time so this makes it like a school canteen. The aircon is very poor which means you can not sleep as its too hot. There is an all inclusive bar but its very hard to get a drink sometimes due to no staff at the bar as they are needed elsewhere.The hotel is more 2 star. This does not reflect on the staff that staff are fantastic and the hotel is kept very clean.

Lovely hotel with great food and wonderful staff. Good choice of food and the room was lovely, comfortable bed and pillows and amazing shower and bathroom. Only gripe I had was there was not enough umbrellas, only 7 for around 30 sun beds but they are apparently getting more, I just don’t understand how they let them get that low! Overall though great hotel for the price in an amazing location.

I would recommend this hotel for the following reasons: The friendliness of the staff- we arrived late at night and they booked us in, sent us round to the bar for a drink (we were all inclusive) and had reserved a meal for us due to missing the evening meal. The cleanliness- the room were cleaned every day and towels & bedding changed daily. The room itself- one point to mention with the room- there isn't a towel rail to dry your towels on, and you really do need one. The food, although this could be a little repetitive, there was plenty of it, There was a good selection at breakfast- English, Continental, fruit, pancakes and omelettes cooked to request. I did miss a decent cup of tea; as the water from the machine wasn't hot enough to make one. Lunch- again you had the option to have various types of meat and fish cooked upon request. Evening meal- same as above- both meals come with very nice deserts. Pool area- kept very clean- could do with a few more parasols. The resort- small - but with a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops just around the corner. All in all a good experience and well worth it's four star rating as far as I and my sister were concerned.
