Wow, where do I start? The pool line was falling apart fixtures were hanging from the ceiling. The hot tub didn’t work. The staff was incompetent. I had to get my key card fixed three times. The refrigerator and microwave were tripping the surge protector over and over so we had to constantly check to make sure our food didn’t rot. I asked the manager to comp me two dollars for me having to come down three times to get my key cards fixed after being locked out so I could dry my kids gloves. Well, he did this. The two gentlemen standing behind me, saw how cheap that he was, and proceeded to walk out and go across the street to the next hotel. He then charged me the two dollars under my room I came back and said to him it was only $1.25 and set the 75 cents on the table where he proceeded to keep the change after he had already charged me what a joke. I will never stay there again and do any Wyndham for that matter if that’s how they run and that’s how they treat people.
