Broncemar Beach Suites

Excellent accommodation that was an easy walk to all areas of interest. 15 mins max from airport. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the first day but was every day after that. No milk in the room but not an issue as we went to the shop. Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool I'm already looking to book again in September. We did self-catering and didn't eat at the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around.

Nice clean and very friendly hotel. Food was excellent and pool bar area has a great vibe and great service. Couldn’t fault it, pool area was busy but always sunbeds available, Room was large and airy. Hotel is in brilliant location short walk to bars and restaurants and onto the beach

We have now been here 3 times and overall again I can’t say there are that many faults and wanted to put right the ones I find unfair from others. Starting with the cockroaches, this year was the first year I’ve seen one (we have always been on ground floor). But maid came within 5 mins of reporting to reception at 10pm with a spray that she gave us and never saw another one again. It also got rid of the ants round the sink. The noise, only a few nights with the live entertainment we could hear it but finished by 11. But sure u can ask for a room further away if you think it be it’ll be an issue. And music in the day, move to other end of pool if don’t like it. Umbrellas - agree there’s not enough. Along with side tables. Think I saw 2! We were all inc as have 2 little ones. So easier if want ice creams or a quick lunch. We ate out most nights as food not the best but adequate. (Worth going to Fado rock, pickled plum and the new Mexican next to there). The cleaners - never had a prob. Came most days and one even did my washing up which she didn’t need to. Maybe because my 2 yo son kept saying hola guapa! I’ve recently started a gluten free diet so was worried. On the first morning Jonathan (special mention as he was always the most pleasent out them all) gave me a loaf of gluten free bread (lasted a few days) and some biscuits, which my kids ate most of! But then he was mainly in the bar and the others in the restaurant never really understood what I was asking for. Then eventually came with a microwaved frozen bun which was like a rock! But they tried .So some more opts / and maybe some gluten free pasta would be helpful. Another special mention to Jodie behind the bar. Always happy and great at her job (I’ve been a barmaid)! Speaks perfect English and Spanish. A great asset to the hotel. Last special mention goes to Luigi, he’s new there but has such an amazing passion for his job / and life in general!! Always there and going the extra mile managing the animation team. Hope he stays a while, another great asset to the team. Hope I have helped others in making a choice. All in all another great holiday and very good value for money. Thank you so much!

The hotel was really nice, I don't have any complaints about anything. The thing that would bring me back would be the animation team, never hurt so much from laughing and the mini disco was just amazing. All thanks to lungi, Maria, Emma ( special thanks to Emma she was the only one that could get us up dancing)

Just got home from a a fab week here! Sooo sad to be home! Would recommend to anyone, great hotel. Our first time here & certainly not our last! 2 min walk to the resort and shops and bars… not a lot to do outside the hotel but location is close to everything.. airport is literally 5/10 min ride in a taxi The apartment was big, spacious and clean!! The hotel was modern & spotless. Hotel was lovely. Staff were great, entertainment team lovely too especially Luigi and Emma. Food was good, tea time had a great variety Perfect hotel for the family and children! 9/10 from us. Would defo defo return

Spacious and clean hotel with plenty of sunbeds around the pool areas. The hotel has a good quiet location and is a short walk to bars, restaurants etc.

Just returned from Broncemar apts. They are clean and spacious. We stayed in a ground floor deluxe room. We did have cockroaches on first night but reported them to maid she left us a spray. I sprayed everynight before we went out. The hotel is very central to local restaurants and 10/15 walk to beach. Can't comment to food in hotel as we ate out. Two negatives the wifi was very poor and wasn't enough sun umbrellas by the pool but never had a problem getting sunbeds. We would definitely return to this hotel self catering.

I had a great time during my stay at the Broncemar Hotel. All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean ,the bedrooms are modern. The entertainment team went above and beyond to entertain their guests🥰 (Luigi , Giulia and Maria). It was a pleasure to have met such wonderful hard workers , who take much pride in their work.
