Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Uitslapen onmogelijk vanaf 7.30 starten ze met karretjes rond te rijden voor onderhoud enorme lawaai en kamers slecht geïsoleerd.

Het hotel zou ik eerder beschrijven als een 3 sterren hotel. De mensen zijn er erg aardig en het is redelijk schoon, maar er liepen bij ons steeds kleine zwarte beestjes in de kamer. Verder zijn de slaapkamers extreem gehorig. Elke dag worden er shows en voorstellingen in de avond gegeven, vanaf je kamer hoor je het alsof je voor het podium zit. Ook hoor je in de ochtend de schoonmakers met hun karren voor je kamer rijden en klinkt het alsof er een auto aan komt rijden. Verder kon ik ook gesprekken van de buren volgen. Locatie was top voor ons, maar eigenlijk was het hotel was iets te duur voor wat je krijgt. Ontbijt was prima

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, great location.would highly recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing break. Pools were clean, plenty of sunloungers in space. Relax terrace with hottubs an excellent bonus! Restaurant served a decent range of food, but if there for longer than a few nights you might want to venture out for a wider choice. Rooms were very clean and modern.

The hotel management team should get 5 star for hospitality. The chefs should get 5 star, food was awesome (loved every meal all 3 courses each day. The bar, pool, for snacks and drinks, great with friendliness. Life guard to cleaning team, so many people took the pleasure of our holiday being a great time. The jacuzzi on the terrace with hot water to weather being breezy on days to cool you down. The entertainment team with so much inclusive music if you want to with bingo, the quiet areas, for yoga, spa treatments. All inclusive was the way to go! Chipmunks, cute cats and a fantastic mother daughter get away. Thank you all for making a holiday a memorable time. Loved the extra heart chocolates, needed to walk it off on the beach, what lovely walks we found with lots of shopping too. Super fun holiday, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Location brilliant food was good staff are amazing they are a credit to the hotel our second stay we will definitely return some people need to do their research before slating this hotel very quiet and enjoy that aspect of it see you soon xxxx

Had a fantastic holiday with friends at ereza mar hotel. Great location, not far to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff are wonderful and friendly. Barman knew what drinks we wanted and our room number when in the entertainment room in the evening, pool bar staff are amazing. Miguel was very friendly and arranged darts, mini golf, table tennis and aqua aerobics during the day. Room lovely and cleaned daily. We had a street view and despite work being carried out nearby this didn’t disturb us at all. Sun on the balcony in the afternoon. The only disappointment for us was the food, we aren’t fussy eaters but found the choices limited, I’ve never eaten so many chips and bread when on holiday, normally love the salad bar but found this to be poor. Therefore, we did eat out more than we intended. Would definitely return but stay B&B.

This is our 5th or 6th visit to the ereza mar, we started to read the reviews before we came and were worried that it wouldn't be up to pre covid standard's. We said that we would write an honest review for those returning and worried about standard's slipping and also to advise those coming for the first time. Arival, reception and staff We have noting negative to say about any of this, we checked in at 11am after an early flight told our room would be ready in about an hour and we could use the luggage room and all all inclusive facilities. We went back to reception when the advise too and our room was ready. I had emailed ahead to room choice and a bottle of cava to be in the room on arrival as we got engaged here 4 years ago and have recently married. This was all there for us and our requested room too. Room - Jr suite sea view 131 The room is cleaned daily, towels changed, chocolates left on pillows each day. Fridge freezer to store our drinks and snacks great. I think the only difference here is we are all inclusive and previously there was a bottle of water left per day this is now just 1 on arrival. Sugar isn't replenished and there is no coffee only tea. Not a massive deal as there is a shop not to far where we bought what we needed for the week. Food and drink This is the biggest issue we have had, we used to really enjoy the meals here but we are struggling this time to put a meal together. So far we were impressed with the Sunday roast that even had yorkshire puds so we will give extra points for that but a lot of fish dishes and not a lot of choice. Noting seems so be labeled so it's a guess I did laugh at one item labeled mini burgers and they were fish fingers . We did enjoy the pool bar snacks though, and it was nice they were served to you and not left sitting in the sun all day to dry out! The cocktails are now not mixed they come from a machine and are not the best. We booked all inclusive as I used to love their cocktails but this sadly now isn't the case. Clientel and entertainment This hotel seems to definitely now be aimed towards the elderly, we did feel pretty out of place here most of the time and we're are in out 40s. The entertainment doesn't start until around 9.20pm amd if like us you are early eaters you seem to sit waiting this lead to us going out a lot. Over all. If your 55 plus you may love it here! if you want beautiful views and a base to relax maybe its the place for you also. polite staff work so hard and are a credit to this hotel. Would we return? Unfortunately I don't think this hotel is for us anymore. We would have liked a little music round the pool, real cocktails and the food back to the origional standard's.

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s not too big and therefore retains a friendly atmosphere. Plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans and meat lovers. The staff were delightful, the wine was delicious and the whole hotel was spotless. We’ve booked to return later in the year. Highly recommend. What more can I say?

A late review! We stayed last summer for 10 days, half board. Warm welcome from pleasant reception staff, sea view room was absolutely worth the extra. Housekeeping excellent, everywhere kept spotlessly clean. Restaurant staff, again very pleasant We had a hire car for the duration and had no problems finding a parking spot on the road outside the hotel. Few negatives; our air con did not work for the whole holiday, we spoke to reception everyday about it being fixed. Finally day 7 we were offered another room! We realise we could have made more of a fuss and they would have probably resolved it sooner! But it wasn’t super hot and we managed, sleeping with the balcony doors open. We are not pool people, we like exploring the area and going to the beach. However, one afternoon after arriving back earlier to the hotel we thought we’d try it, the only time we did. We were told off by the lifeguard for moving the loungers into the sun. He was quite rude, he could have just politely asked. Breakfast was lovely, great selection. Dinner was a little bit of a let down, being vegetarian there was not a big choice. We like a few meals at local restaurants, but we ate out more than we would have. You can get by but it would be very repetitive, chips and salad etc. If I can give one word of advice to the hotel it would be - Please don’t put cut up ham/bacon in with the fresh vegetables or just keep some separate. In my pre veggie days I would have been more than happy with dinner, I realise I’m fussy 🤣 It was nice that you were able to get drinks with dinner which you don’t normally have when HB. Easy walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants, our favourites were Ascension and Masala. We hadn’t been to Caleta de Fuste for approx 10 + years and felt the area had gone downhill slightly, empty shops/hotels. Probable result of Covid as with other places. Obviously not the hotels fault. Would we go back?? Yes, but bed and breakfast. Overall, despite a couple of negatives, we had a lovely trip, just a few things that could have been improved.
