Extremely dirty. Bed was comfortable, but rooms had stale smells, floors were dirty, fruit flies all over bathroom, dirty carpets, dead bugs in common areas/Libby. Paying nearly $200 per night, we were very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. Staff were kind, breakfast was good, but need some serious improvement in cleanliness.

We ended up arriving in the middle of the night. They had a room available so allowed us to check in early. We slept for a few hours, had a delicious breakfast and were back on the road by 11. So accommodating. Appreciated the flexibility. Thank you, we will stay again next year!!!

Great location. Very clean and up to date. Modern rooms. Showers heads need updating. Breakfast was good. overall it was a great stay.

In town for a volleyball tournament. It’s a nice place to stay. Parking wasn’t the best but otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Nice comfortable bed. There are several dining options very close. Breakfast was basic but very convenient to grab a bite before heading back out

Convenient check in. Higher than average bedding quality, although sofa sleeper was poor. Reasonable price.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The foyers leading from the elevators, however, were filthy. The side entrance door was broken and the lock was laying on top of the trash can. Anyone could have access to enter the hotel. This was a safety measure that still had not been repaired the next day. Had I known this prior to checking in, aint no way I would have stayed there and would have requested my money back. I will not stay at this hotel again. This is what happens when u book a hotel unseen.
