Everything was peachy except my room was the last one on the floor so the WiFi was weaker

設施：很新，衞生乾淨，服務很好。早餐美味，可選擇性也很多，有免費的水，衹不過是自來水，我喝了之後拉肚子，肚子不舒服。

房間有點小了，不過單個人入住OK。 酒店早餐非常OK，和中午晚上都可以點餐方便 大廳的裝修也很nice，喜歡🥰

還可以，就是沒有水喝！

Standard ibis hotel in Cali. Located in an upclass area and has all amenities needed. The room was on higher floor, was silent, good airconditioning and amazing shower(hard to find a good shower in Colombia in general). Toiletries provided and free parking also. The staff is helpful. Restaurant and bar located in hotel and ordinary prices. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Cali

We booked super last minute for one night stay. Very happy with everything. Excellent hot water showers and perfect air conditioning.

I called the front desk asking for more toilet paper and they never brought it to me. In the restaurant they only sell sodas, not natural juices. The next day I realized that I was missing $300 thousand Colombian pesos, I called to see if they could help me find them and they told me to give them an hour and they would call me back with an answer, in fact they never called me, I called again and they They told me to give them an email to contact me and three days later no one has contacted me.

Hotel was on a great location, in the middle of the city. The rooms were nice and comfortable. I felt safe and the staff were always nice and helpful.
