Very nice hotel and unique seaview to La Gomera. Very helpoilta and kind staff and lot of yard games. Restaurants nearby. Gym, restaurants and nice pool Good Location in Callao Salvaje. Shops, market and restaurants. Little Beach nearby hotel.

Another lovely holiday with exceptional service as always by Margaret when we’re having breakfast and lunch, she is always happy helpful and always pleased to see us, the one constant at PG also a shout out to my lovely Tracey on reception will miss u c u nxt yr

NO AIRCON IN ROOMS. ONLY CEILING FANS. This hotel is spotless, staff very friendly and food good. I don’t understand why they have no aircon. What a false economy as I would not have booked if I’d known. We’re looking for somewhere long term to stay but we’re off to Tropical Park Hotel around the corner which has it. And lots of it😄

We secured an upgrade to a clifftop apartment thanks to the excellent service of Jennie in Reservations and William on reception. Spotlessly clean , good access to sunbeds and close to all local facilities without having to travel into the larger, more commercialised resorts

I have been a timeshare owner since 1987 and there are so many positive things I can say about Pearly Grey, so if I remember them all, here goes Location - About 30 minutes from the airport, easy in a taxi, don't take the coach, we had to wait for it to arrive, then wait 45 minutes in the coach with engine running until the driver left. We were drop 10 out of 11, took 2.5 hours from leaving the plane to arriving at Pearly, we took a taxi back - None of this is down to Pearly, I booked it all myself We arrived about 9pm, supermarket just across the road and another 2 within 200 metres. All very good with everything you need. Local restaurants are very good especially The Ganges, no chinese restaurant as far as I could see. Pearly Reception - Brilliant, answered everything we asked, very polite, smiley faces, excellent English The room - We booked a 1 bed apartment sleeping 4 (incl a sofa bed), very well maintained, everything you need if you want to self cater, we didn't. No air con though, there are ceiling fans but we slept with the door to the balcony open each night, totally safe as we were on the top floor of 5 and whatsmore there were no flying insects bothering us. I knew about the aircon before we left. Did not have to pay for electricity used which you have to with many resorts if staying on a timeshare/RCI basis Cleaning - Wow, what a cleaning staff, at about 7am every morning, 12 or so staff hit the outside area, scrubbed the 'Karchered' the slabs, cleaned the pools, washed down the beds, laid out and sponged over the mattresses, made sure the parasols worked. Don't see how they could be bettered, apartments cleaned and linen change 3 times a week. Outside Area - Massive, plenty of space, there are about 130 rooms at Pearly and over 200 beds and mattresses and a chair and parasol for every 2 sunbeds Quo Restaurant - Brilliant, staff were superb, i could do a shout out for the names of those I knew but that would be unfair. Food was so, so good and really well priced, we ate there every lunch and 6 times over 14 nights we were there. Entertainment - Different singer on every night, some ok, some average, some, well not so good but to be honest, most contributed to a sing along and filled the floor As you can see, we loved this place, yes it is truly a Gold Star Resort and possibly the best we have stayed at in Europe. The resort should be proud of what they have built there but especially the staff, to a man and woman they are exceptional Is there a downside, yes, it has to be the lack of air con, but as I say we knew about that beforehand so it was no surprise Recommend highly for couples and families

We came to enquire about room rates / types for our next visit to Tenerife and dining options for that evening as we’d read good things about the pearly grey and loved ‘the edge’ on multiple previous visits, the extremely rude gentleman on reception (Monday 2.9 PM) who couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge us or offer any kind of assistance with his bat-away hand gestures and dismissive rude attitude I.E ‘go and ask quo yourself’ put us off permanently. Customer lost. Don’t worry, we won’t be back!

The reception stuff, Melissa and William, were very sweet and welcoming! They answered all our questions, added AC to our room upon our request by the time we got in the room. Everything was very clean and cleaning service for our resort type of a room was 2/week. Laundry was available for 1 euro coins (5 euro per large load and 4 euros per large dryer) which we were able to change at the reception. Beach towels are given once per the entire stay, so don't be surprised! Also, no hair conditioner or anything extras will be found in the bath besides for watery liquid soap for hands and hair, so bring your own. Kitchen was functional and equipped with everything needed. It was spotless clean. Fridge was a nice mid size no smell at all. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony every morning (very clean outdoor furniture). The location was perfect. Parking was available for very cheap. Restaurants was great and stuff was very nice! Ruth, the father and a super cute daughter were great waiters, always smiled and were very warm people. Overall we're very happy with our stay at this hotel!

The views from my room on the cliffside were unmatched. The staff was just as awesome! BIG thank you to the Pearly Grey for making my week stay there top notch! I really hope I can make it back and get the exact same room!
