Camber Sands Holiday Park

Camber we had the best holiday ! I would just like to send out huge thanks to the park and their staff. My son is Autistic and ADHD the staff was amazing with my son. Big shout out to a special few, Reece was amazing on the adventure bugs my son got really attached and he was amazing. Connie and Kai on the trampolines. Eve who booked us activities every day was so great and Eden that helped my son in the craft areas. Our caravan was clean and equipped with nearly everything in the kitchen area (I suggest adding a pizza cutter ). The all inclusive activity pass was a money saver Eve told us how much we saved per booking (more that £300) for 5 days that lady really knows her stuff !. There is back to back activities to book which really does keep the children entertained most of the day. The entertainment in the evening my son struggled with with the noise (not the entertainments fault) but there was so much diversity with the bits we got to see which was fab. Arcades were reasonably priced and lots of different machines or virtual machines to play on. We tried all the restaurants on site, found the big restaurant a bit more pricey than the food carts outside, but you can order shopping to be delivered to your caravan by outside supermarkets which is a game changer. Ive been an owner at cambersands holiday park for around 3 years and love it here. We have the best beach and you can walk for miles. Lots of history around here. We even have 2 shipwrecks, 1 u can see at low tide. The staff are helpful. Lots to do for families on park, amusements, restaurants, evening entertainment.The maintenance team are always so friendly and polite, Billy, Tweet,Wes and Jason are a credit to the park. Any problems, they go out it their way to help you.

Accommodation needs work on cleanliness. Food and drink are very high cost. Most staff very pleasant and helpful, but a couple of them were indifferent and appeared like they would have rather been anywhere else. Wasn't a one off, same sour faces for the whole of our stay. Close to beach and short driving distance to Rye Village or Hastings. It's a lovely area and worth a visit.

This was our first holiday with our newborn and 6 year old and having read the reviews had some nerves before arriving but we had an amazing time. Our chalet was clean and well maintained with all the facilities we needed. The location is beautiful and so close to the beach. There was so much to do for my son around the park both daytime and evening and kept him really entertained whilst one of us looked after the baby. The highlight though is the entertainment team. All of them were so friendly and helpful and went out their way to make us feel comfortable. Megan, Ray, Kinzi and Freya put on a great show on the Sunday night it was so much fun and we got to see bits of all their shows. The Gameshow with Kyle on the Sunday was also great fun and made the whole room get involved and have a laugh. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back :)

Spent a long weekend at Camber Sands Parkdean resort and the accommodation was exceptional in the Broadoak Lodge. Really could not fault it. Huge bedrooms, one with a walk in wardrobe and en suite. Facilities in the kitchen of a very high standard as with the sound system and TV.

Little family weekend away (4year old child) Lovely little Chalet, close to the facilities on site. Security on site are all Friendly especially Jo who my little boy gave a couple of spare Glow in the dark dino croc charms too. All smiling and High fiving each evening. Troupers - Jay, Kyle, Kinzie, Freya. All of them were absolutely amazing, Friendly, kind and compassionate. Each, always greeting everyone with smiles, waves and high fives whenever we saw them throughout the park. My little boy found Jay hilarious and was showing the girls his cool dinosaur crocs. Swimming pool is clean and well maintained, on site shop was well stocked. Grassy areas for play and wildlife spotting (lots of bunnies!) Only negative I have is that there isn't many activities for under 5s. None of the current activities for that age group are very popular. Would definitely come again.

Came here on a holiday with my partner and son, we went down to the club house every evening so the little one could enjoy the evening entertainment, and we were not disappointed, Jay, Kinzie (I think that was her name) Freya, Kyle and many more troupers made the night’s so memorable, they interact so well with the children making sure to keep everyone of them involved and create an individual bond with them all, as well as making us adults laugh too! Jay was definitely the highlight of the little ones week, being referred to as the ‘funny man’ I want to thank every single one of them for helping create such a magical experience and memories that he isn’t going to forget for a long long time. Joanne the security guard was also so lovely, easy to talk to and interacted so well with my partners little boy. The experience was amazing, and I wish I could mention every single one of the staff that we came into contact with as they were all so kind and welcoming. We hope to visit again soon, the entertainment staff definitely need a pay rise for all they do!! Only negative would be that there wasn’t many activities for under 5s which meant there wasn’t much that the little one could do, but he still enjoyed hisself none the less!

We had no water pressure in caravan so couldn’t have a proper shower! Was way to hot to! Toaster didn’t work! After texting and going to reception. Being told it would be sorted and it wasn’t! Terrible customer service.

Well I would say to anyone who reads reviews and that also like to frequent these holiday parks whether Parkdean or not, to not always go by some of the reviews. We are quick enough to recognise the bad but dont really take the time to alwyas recognise the good. I would like to say Im absolutely pleasantly surprised by all the interactions ive had across the park. The staff have a clear team ethic and I feel it really shows. This park is fantastic for my 4 year old but also to children 13 and under but then this doesn't mean others wont like. My caravan was ideally located. Located across the road from a pebble beach but just 5 mins walk further was a glorious sandy beach. The site has adequate facilities and offers a wide range of food options. The onsite shop has a great rang of food etc. However , the one person I would like to really mention is Chloe P . Chloe's hospitality was outstanding and she was very accommodating and rectified a problem that I encountered with my little ones meal. She remembered me and I have great pleasure leaving this review for her. Great park. Great facilities. I cant comment to much about the later evening entertainment as I was with my 4 year old so we only stayed for the kids early entertainment. I will definitely be returning. And again Id like to mention the great service by all staff across the site
